Located on the hillside of the exclusive hillside village of Santi Thani , this recently constructed Koh Samui villa is far enough from the hassle of the overloaded tourist spots, yet within easy access of the island's major attractions and facilities. The beautiful palm fringed Ban Tai beach is just across the road from the entrance to the Santi Thani village, 5 minutes drive down the hillside.

Double doors lead from the carport into a large air conditioned open living area with cool floor tiles and ceiling fans. The fully equipped western style kitchen is on one side of the living room, separated by a breakfast bar and stools.

The dining area has a table to seat 6 and the lounge has good quality comfortable furniture with satellite TV (56 channels) and DVD/CD player for your entertainment.

Sliding glass doors to the front open onto a balcony with ample patio furniture from which you can enjoy views over the garden and swimming pool, across the palms to the ocean beyond. A spiral staircase leads down from the balcony to the pool and gardens. On this same floor there is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private balcony with the same pool and ocean views as the adjacent living room.   

On the first floor the Master Suite has a beamed cathedral ceiling and large private balcony. A special feature of the master suite is the romantic mosaic tiled 2 seater Jacuzzi tub set in the corner of the balcony from where you can bathe while enjoying the beautiful sunset ocean views. A mezzanine area above the master bedroom houses a study area with desk and chair positioned to take in the views out of the same large picture window as the master suite. The first floor also provides a second bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed, and a further separate bathroom.

All the bedrooms have attractive wooden floors, air conditioning and ceiling fans.
