Plantation House provides the perfect holiday home for those who are seeking peace and security. The house is located within a small tropical development of modern houses, set on a beautiful sandy beach in the quiet south of the island.
This single storey property has 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms - two have king size beds and the third has twin single beds. Each air conditioned bedroom is located off the living area, and is tastefully decorated with ample wardrobe and drawer space. The master bedroom also has French doors which lead directly out to the garden and pool deck.
The spacious and well furnished living area takes up the majority of the front of the villa and provides attractive views of the pool and gardens.
The living room has a comfortable 3 piece sofa set, occasional tables, and a dining table with seating for 6 people. At one end of the room there is fully fitted and well equipped European style kitchen providing everything you need for your stay. Ceiling fans and mosquito screens add to your comfort and relaxation. Satellite TV, DVD player and a compact sound system are provided for your entertainment.
The magnificent pool is a perfect compliment to the villa, and the pool deck is well equipped with patio furniture including sunloungers, table and chairs and umbrellas. Surrounding the pool there are well kept lawned gardens with colourful tropical plants. The beach is just a few minutes stroll away for you to enjoy a dip in the sea.
Close by, just a 3 minutes drive, is the quaint fisherman's village of Hua Thanon. Here you will find some interesting shops, small local supermarkets and a selection of eateries, including the popular Hua Thanon Seafood Restaurant.
The nightlife, restaurants, bars and beautiful beaches of the popular resort of Lamai are just 10 minutes drive away. The bustling tourist centre of Chaweng is just 5 minutes further on. In the other direction you will find the unspoilt west coast beaches of Ban Talingnam and Lipa Noi, as well as the island's administrative town of Nathon. All these locations offer numerous shops and a variety of restaurants and bars.
Due to the location of the villa, a rental car is recommended. We can arrange this for you either for your arrival or as and when required.
