Bacaya is a gem of a villa right with it's own beach front swimming pool located in the popular area of north east Koh Samui. Set on beautiful Big Buddha beach and furnished in contemporary style the villa offers amazing views of the golden Big Buddha and Koh Phangan and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and sports bars.
The villa is entered into a light and airy living room and a total of 6 sets of French windows both lengths of the room offer stunning views straight across the water to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. The living area is furnished simply but elegantly in soft warm colours and consists of a lounge section with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a dining area with a table seating 6 persons. At one end is the fully equipped kitchen separated from the rest of the living area by a smart breakfast bar.
Two of the bedrooms are situated o poolside on the right hand side of the villa alongside a lawn area. The master bedroom is positioned closest to the beach and has prime ocean views with and en-suite bathroom leading from a walk-in shower to an outdoor sunken bath that is completely enclosed and private. It also enjoys its own mini lounge area with TV.
The second bedroom is also en-suite and has its own private terrace with small garden. In addition, there is a guest toilet off the main living area.
The newly added double bedroom 3 also has it's own en-suite bathroom and is situated on an upper level behind the other two bedrooms.
In the centre of the lawn there is a cool sala furnished with a dining set for al fresco dining.
The beach-front swimming pool is a few steps down from the bedrooms and garden area and the surrounding terrace is furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols facing the sea and a private gate leads directly onto the beach.
This is a delightful beachfront villa with gorgeous tranquil views and just the right size for a family or couples. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in seclusion, this is a hidden treasure that sparkles with Samui magic

Bacaya is absolutely fantastic, a beautiful 2 bedrooms villa right at the beach with a lovely private pool. The place is well kept and clean; location is great..... 10 min from aiport, 10 minutes to the fisherman village and, some good restaurants, 7-11 right outside of the Villa. Mook, our villa hostess is great, cheerful and extremely helpful, making our stay most enjoyable. The dedicated security guard on duty at the villa every night is a big plus in assuring safety.
The place way exceeded our expection. Perhaps the only little improvement required is to strengthen the Wifi signal at the garden / pool area.

Large two bedroom villa located on an idealistic beach with views of Koh Panyang. Well located and easy walking to shops, bars and restaurants.
Plenty of grass for the kids to run around and the pool is huge.
Mook is amazing and cooks a great breakfast. Also helped out with the kids and ran minor errands. Her assistance makes the stay even more pleasant.
The only negatives is the villa is looking abbot tired and could do with some maintenance - new poolside umbrellas, fix the outdoor speakers and repair a few tiles and floorboards. Also the wifi struggles to make the pool. Regardless, we had a great ten nights.

We celebrated my partners 30th Birthday at Bacaya Villa with two of our friends. From the moment we got there to the moment we left, the experience was top class!
The villa itself is beautiful - it suits the Thai setting, is well appointed and very clean. The gardens, pool and outdoor dining area are all immaculate and the rooms spacious and well cared for.
The real standout for us though was the service. The Villa Manager, Jit and her assistant Kuntha were extremely gracious and always willing to help us out and make our stay as enjoyable as possible. They went out of their way to look after us and it was very much appreciated!
I highly recommend to any future guests to get the chef to cook for one night during your stay and to ask for the meal to be as authentic as possible - we did this and had one of the most delicious and memorable dining experiences!
The location of the villa itself is also very handy. you're in the middle of Bophut (Fishermans village and definitely worth going to for the night markets) and Chewang (party area) and taxis would drive by often enough to get you around.
I would tell all my friends and family to forgo the five star hotels on the island and stay at Bacaya Villa - not only do you have your own private space with plenty of room for 4 people, but you also receive personalized and exceptional service in a beautiful setting to make the experience unforgettable!
PAYMENT TERMS Deposit Payment To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due or 50% for Christmas and New Year period. Balance payment Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival Last minute reservation In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date Payments can be made in GBP or USD by bank transfer to our company bank accounts or through a secure online payment gateway with your credit card (visa, master card or Amex). For payments in GBP with a UK registered credit card it is free of charge. For payments in USD with a non UK registered card a 3% admin fee is applied. CANCELLATION POLICY The following cancellation charges will be applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing: 30 days or more before arrival date: Deposit forfeited - but credited for 9 month from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the management company. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for a reservation for the same villa and during any period. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. The above cancellation charges also apply if the management company cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the management company. Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with the management company. Shall the party wish to change villa on arrival, a minimum 3 days notice is required or will be charged as a cancellation fee. Any differences in published rates between the villas are also applicable and will be charged to the Guests. Shall the alternative villa be cheaper, no refund will be made.
The central point of the Big Buddha location is Bang Rak beach and village dominating the coastline and is well known for the hub of boating activity with a number of piers servicing the tour boats for sightseeing the neighbouring islands or snorkelling and diving trips.
Bang Rak village has the usual amenities of banks, pharmacies and convenience stores servicing the many expats who have settled in the area
We have a number of luxury villas in the area including some right on this tropical beach which is also great for swimming. Guests can enjoy a great choice of restaurants along the beach and in the village itself with a number of sports bars and more recently opened beach clubs.
