The villa offers plenty of seating areas on the patio and comfortable sunbeds by the large infinity pool where Samui's natural landscapes can be admired, providing it's guests the perfect area to mingle with each other while enjoying a great view and without the feeling of it being crowded.
The entrance level of the villa exudes modern luxury with a light and airy feel. Upon entering, you will be welcomed by an impressive sight of the open plan living, dining and kitchen area as well as a terrace overlooking the pool.
For those looking to entertain, this villa has a large, fully functional western kitchen filled with all the required appliances and all of the amenities you would expect to find in a villa of this standard. The open plan dining area also offers guests the privilege of soaking up incredible views while dining. CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
Maenam is a working village with a small choice of restaurants and sports bars but very little tourist shopping.An International Championship golf course with viewpoint restaurant is located in the hills and the beautiful 5km long sandy quiet beach is bordered by a mix of rustic Thai bungalow restaurants, a few hotels and some beautiful luxury villas.
Activities include a watersports centre and a kiddies waterpark can also be found just outside the village. The area is less than 5 minutes to Bophut's Fisherman's village and 20 minutes to lively Chaweng.
