Baan Tawantok Villa 1 is beachfront on a beautiful sandy beach on the sunset facing west coast of Koh Samui with a host of facilities to enjoy and within walking distance to a choice of restaurants and cafe and teh famouu Nikki Beach Club - perfect to enjoy a Sunday Brunch!

Entering through the large slide back wooden gate the entrance opens out to an expertly maintained central garden leading to the pool terrace.

The first two pavilions on either side of a courtyard have two en-suite bedrooms which are the 4 guest bedrooms. The two-bedroom pavilions are identical in design layout.

Each of these four bedrooms are tastefully dressed with a mixture of furniture, furnishings, ornaments and artworks which blend styles and eras. 

The guest bedrooms, three doubles and one twin, all have high vaulted ceilings and modern tropical bathrooms, incorporating twin-sinks and indoor/outdoor shower areas.

On poolside, beachfront and separate by the well manicured garden are two further pavilions.

One of the pavilions accommodates the living areas of lounge, indoor dining and kitchen with an exquisite outdoor sala furnished with comfortable outdoor lounging lounge furniture.  

The other pavilion is taken up by a phenomenal master-suite.

The master-suite is quite an extraordinary pavilion. Firstly you enter a stylish lounge/study area with access into the en-suite bathroom and the dressing area which leads to the poolside bedroom facing directly across the pool and to the beach. In the distance you can see the Ang Thong Marine Park and the mainland of Thailand. A staircase leads from the study area to a mezzaine floor furnished with a queen size bed making it ideal for families to stay close.

Across both of these pavilions is a covered terrace with all-weather seating providing an idyllic location to simply sit, relax and take it all in.

Baan Tawantok 1 together with the neighbouring identical villa Baan Tawantok 2 creates Tawantok Beach Villas, ideal for large groups of friends or families and a great venue for family celebrations such as weddings, birthdays and anniversaries. 

Baan Tawantok 2 shares all of the same quality and blend of interior designs aas Baan tawantok 2 as well as a mirrored layout.

Rented separately or together they have the added bonus of the use of a tennis court 2 kayaks, 2 paddle boards, beach volley ball and beach football goal posts
