The 2 storey property is entered via a large covered verandah which runs along two sides of the house. The verandah overlooks the well kept lawn gardens with views to the ocean, and is equipped with outdoor living furniture on which guests can relax in the peaceful tropical surroundings.

Two sets of double doors lead into the light, airy and spacious living room, which occupies the whole of the width of the front of the house. The room is tastefully decorated with attractive wall hangings, and features top quality furniture. Towards the rear of the living area there is a fully equipped western kitchen together with a dining set seating 8 persons

A large screen TV, DVD player and stereo are provided for guest's entertainment.

A guest bathroom completes the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room. Two sets of double doors lead out to the wide covered terrace which wraps itself round 3 sides of the property and afford views over the ocean and spectacular sunsets.

All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and dressing tables, and share a well equipped bathroom.

A few steps along a path is the beachfront swimming pool which features a cool, shady sala in which to shelter from the tropical sun. The pool is surrounded by well tended gardens with plenty of sunbeds for guests to relax on and take in the gentle sea breezes. The sparkling water of the Gulf of Siam make the perfect backdrop to this holiday haven on the beautiful island of Koh Samui.

The area of Bang Por, although tranquil, has a choice of beach restaurants within walking distance of the villa which serve both thai and international food. A little further afield, the town of Nathon, the island's administrative capital is 10 minutes drive to the south and provides several dining options. The large villages of Maenam and Bophut are 15 minutes to the east, and both have many popular bars and restaurants.

The property manager of this small development lives on site and is there to assist guests with all their needs including transport, babysitting, island and marine park tours etc.
