Fitness Options 

There are several gyms on the island that let you use the gym for a daily rate. The SALA gym at Choeng Mon beach is a full-service fitness facility, that you can access daily.

Elite gyms have three gyms on the island, one in central Chaweng, one in Bophut (near Tesco Lotus) and one in Nathon. Each has daily and weekly memberships.

Sports activities like tennis, squash, kitesurfing and sailing are also available around the island. .

Samui Holiday Villas are able to organise fitness professionals to visit you in your villa and book you into fitness camps for your stay or for specific fitness and well-being activities such, yoga and wellbeing sessions & packages. There are excellent Muay Thai training camps in Lamai and Chaweng and weekly training sessions can be arranged

Koh Samui Fitness Camps

Kickstart your wellbeing & fitness and join in at a fitness or wellbeing camp at Chai Talay Villas. 

Chai Talay’s idyllic beachside location lends itself perfectly with it’s large grounds, impressive lap pool and multi-dimensional spaces to the differing fitness retreats held here.  Boot Camp, Yoga Retreats, Thai Boxing Training, Children Swim Retreats, Personal Training Programs and Corporate Team Building events have all been successfully held at the villas working seamlessly with the natural surroundings and ideal facilities.

Combining intensive structured fitness programmes with a fun and firm focus on health, retreats are customized to fit any individual need which appeals to everyone – men, women, couples, families and girlfriends on getaway vacations.

The camps takes place at the beautiful Lipa Noi Beach which is just 30 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Chaweng Beach and aims to provide a perfect mix of mindfulness, exercise, and rest.

It includes over 35 hours of fitness activity over three nights and four days and a healthy organic breakfast, lunch and supper in a beautiful beachfront setting.
