Aqua Vista 28 is a 3 bedroom private villa all having their own ensuite bathrooom and having it's own pool and sea views set within a beach resort of similar villas featuring 2 larger beachside pools, a restaurant and a gym & spa. The villa offers a perfect blend of modern amenities with traditional Thai accents and style.
Entering the villa the first thing you notice is the beautiful sea view over the private swimming pool, with comfortable sun loungers and a traditional Thai style sala next to the pool, the perfect place to enjoy the view with a cold drink or even get an in villa massage done.
The large open plan, air conditioned living room, kitchen and dining area is spacious and comfortable. With wide opening doors to let the breeze in while enjoying your meal prepared in the western style kitchen. Comfortable sofas are ideal for relaxing and watching a movie.
The master suite offers a lovely seaview and a large en suite bathroom with a bathtub, ideal for long soaks after a day in the pool.
Two other bedrooms, both with their own bathrooms are spacious with comfortable beds and beautiful parquet wooden floors.
Aqua Vista 28 is perfect for families who want peace and quiet in a private villa, mere minutes away from the hustle and bustle of main street in Chaweng beach.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, ‘The Villa’ must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing, as well as the period of stay in the villa:
1.Intermediate, High & Prime Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date:
All payments received are forfeited; however, the value of the payments received up to the cancellation date will be credited for a maximum period of nine (9) months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by ‘The Villa’. This credit value may be used by the client or anyone on their behalf, for any reservation providing the equivalent season or lower is applied, during any period upon availability and, exclusively for the same villa reserved initially. The credit cannot be applied to a higher rate season than originally booked.
Standard and Prime Seasons: less than 30 days prior to arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
Xmas Season (Christmas and New Year period):
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
The above stated cancellation charges will also apply if ‘The Villa’ is forced to cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require changing or amending, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to an evaluation and approval by ‘The Villa’.
Any penalty charge for early departure will be subject to negotiation with ‘The Villa’.
