Baan Buaa has its own private pool and a large sandstone pool terrace. A Thai sala pavilion with its elevated platform on poolside provides lounging space in the shade. The villa is air conditioned throughout. Indoor and outdoor ceiling fans and large sliding windows and doors maximize natural cooling.

Baan Buaa has a fully fitted western kitchen so you can entertain in your villa, cook meals and enjoy all the comforts from home and a large Australian gas barbecue allows for great outdoor cooking and grilling.

The master bedroom is on the first floor and has a king size double bed, walk in dressing room, ensuite bathroom and a private balcony with furniture. Like all bathrooms in the villa, the master bathroom is fitted with double washbasins, an open shower with rain-shower head, and a wc.

Bedroom 3 is in its own building, with direct access to sunbathing terrace and pool. It has a queen size double bed, open plan bathroom with ensuite shower room/wc, its own lounging terrace, and a private garden outdoor shower.
