Villa Description

Baan Medaja is a beachfront villa with it's own private pool located on a beautiful palm fringed beaches of the north west coast of Koh Samui, overlooking the Angthong National Marine Park and other neighbouring islands.

Not only do you have the beach and a private pool on your doorstep, but there is also a large communal swimming pool adjacent to the villa which has a kiddies area and is surrounded by lawned gardens and shrubs.

The property is a typically Thai style beach villa with parquet floors throughout and it has been finely furnished.

Entering through the covered verandah furnished with patio furniture and sun loungers, the French window doors which are on 3 sides of the property, lead into an open plan living area pleasantly furnished with and comfortable quality lounge furniture and for your entertainment there is satellite TV, a video and a stereo system.

A breakfast bar with stools borders the fully equipped western style kitchen which has marble worktops and a segregated area with sliding doors for a cooking area. Doors open from the kitchen into a BBQ area and a gas BBQ is provided for your use.

Towards the rear of the house there is a double bedroom with fully fitted wardrobes and dressing table, together with a fully tiled bathroom. In addition, there is a small room used as an office  and has french doors that lead on to the verandah with pool and garden views.

The stairs meander gently to the upper floor where there are 2 more double bedrooms with garden and pool views to the rear. One of these bedrooms has french window doors leading to the covered verandah. Both these bedrooms have fully fitted wardrobes and a dressing table and share a fully tiled bathroom with marble tops.

The master suite takes up the whole of the front half of the house and is entered through the dressing room and walk in closet area. The very spacious master bedroom has a pyramid shaped window in the front and a wall of windows on both sides of the king size bed. A fully tiled bathroom is found to the left.

Doors open from the master bedroom  on to a huge terrace which has amazing uninterrupted views over the ocean and is furnished with sun loungers for you to enjoy the sunsets and watch the fishing boats as they go out at night.

All the bedrooms are air conditioned and ceiling fans.

The property is situated mid way between the administrative town and ferry port of Nathon and the village of Maenam both 10 minutes driving distance.

Set in quiet surroundings on a small development, Baan Medaja is a place where families or large parties of friends are free do what they like without the constraints imposed upon them in a hotel.

For your convenience, small supermarkets, internet shops and numerous beach bars and restaurants are located within walking distance.
