There were six of us staying at Villa Baan View Talay on Koh Samui, where we celebrated my birthday – and it couldn't have been more perfect. The entire stay was simply excellent from beginning to end. A very special thank you goes to Koi, the villa manager. She truly anticipated our every need and ensured an incredibly relaxing and carefree stay. The rest of the team also performed at the highest level. There was absolutely nothing to complain about. For my birthday, the villa was beautifully decorated, and the team even celebrated with us. This warmth and attention made the moment unforgettable. The villa offers perfect luxury, maximum privacy, and complete relaxation. We wholeheartedly recommend Baan View Talay to anyone looking for something special. We will definitely return when we are next on Koh Samui.

We stayed in this beautiful villa in Thailand as a group of friends and had an absolutely outstanding experience from beginning to end. Every aspect of our stay exceeded expectations. The entire team was exceptionally attentive and professional. From the very first day, it felt as though our wishes were anticipated before we even had to ask. The level of care, awareness, and hospitality was truly remarkable and made the stay completely effortless. The housekeeping team deserves special recognition. The villa was maintained to an immaculate standard at all times — discreetly, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Everything was perfectly organized every day, creating a consistently comfortable and luxurious atmosphere throughout our stay. The private chef was outstanding, delivering beautifully prepared meals of exceptional quality that exceeded restaurant-level standards. Every meal was a highlight. A very special thank you goes to Koi, the villa manager, who was absolutely exceptional. She was warm, highly professional, extremely well-organized, and ensured that every detail was taken care of seamlessly. Her presence and dedication elevated the entire experience. Our favorite parts of this stay were the views and the staff. Koi and the rest of the team were great! She even helped us figure out transport to our next home after we checked out, which was a unique situation. The service was great all around — and the views are even better than the photos!

Stayed at this lovely villa and would definitely be back!
The rooms are all facing the cliff with a view of the sea. The living area is spacious and welcoming with the infinity pool right beside it near the entrance.
For entertainment, there’s a pool table in the common area and TV in every room.
Food is fantastic, especially the breakfast served by the villa staff. Felt so pampered throughout our stay.
There’s a connected tiny house with a bedroom, living and loft for small family.

We had an amazing stay at Baan View Talay! Khun Koi and her team made sure we felt right at home, and we didn’t even need to leave the villa for the 4 days we were there. The infinity pool has great views and the food was great.
Some improvements to be considered:
- Having a workspace/desk area in some of the rooms for remote working
- Increase the water pressure in the showers
Overall we had an excellent stay, and would recommend it for large families and a friends’ getaway.

Wow what a beautiful place to stay.We had a two bedroom villa and it was pure luxury, the pool was wonderful with views overlooking lush forest.The staff are amazing and nothing is to much trouble if you need help and advice. The breakfast is delicious also.

A heavenly place! The view of the bay and the palm forests, the house and its facilities, the interior and exterior decoration, the pool that gives an impression of infinity on the sea, the most pleasant staff, the location on the island, the sunset on the water, the rooms as comfortable and equipped as apartments... everything in this villa will disconnect you from reality.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:
Christmas and New Year Periods:
3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
