Patio doors on 3 sides of the living room area open out to a large verandah with steps down to the pool, the gardens and the beach.

The 2nd master suite, with walk in closet is situated on the upper storey at the front of the house. The en-suite bathroom has a 2 person bathtub. An outside winding staircase leads from the ground floor verandah up to this suite's private terrace.

To the rear of the upper floor there are two further double bedrooms and an additional bathroom.
