Banyan Villa 3 is located on the up an coming area of Bang Por on the north west coast of Koh Samui and situated directly in front of the main 20m beachfront swimming pool with delightful views across the sea to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan.
The villa itself is built with great character in a traditional Thai style fitted out with local timber and accommodating up to 8 guests in four air-conditioned bedrooms. Through the main entrance from the central verandah you walk into an open plan living area finished in teak with comfortable lounge seatind and with dining for up to 8. The sitting area is equipped with multi-language internet TV.
The living area opens out onto the large terrace equipped with ceiling fans, an alfresco dining table and chairs and lounging chairs where you can enjoy the view across the pool to the beach and beyond.
The open plan kitchen is fitted out with modern cooking appliances including separate hotplates, microwave, coffee maker and fridge. There is a counter facing into the living area that doubles up as a casual bar.
On the ground floor, down the corridor there is a large bedroom with a king sized bed that opens onto the veranda, It has an adjacent bathroom which also acts as a downstairs powder room.
Situated on the first floor the spacious master bedroom is equipped with a King size bed and has its own sitting area which in turn opens out onto the upper balcony enjoying stunning tropical sea views. Adjoining the master bedroom is a large en-suite bathroom and dressing area with copious wardrobe space.
There are two further bedrooms situated on the first floor each equipped with a Queen size bed and sharing a second family bathroom.
There are a number of beach restaurants and a convenience store nearby and is 5 minutes from the village and beach of Maenam with a choice of restaurants and some small shops.

PAYMENT TERMS Deposit (non-refundable) An initial deposit of 30% must be paid to confirm a booking. No contract will exist until the deposit payment has been received and accepted. Your reservation will be confirmed upon payment of a deposit. If payment has not been received within 10 banking days, It will be assumed that you have cancelled the reservation. Balance (non-refundable) Payment of the outstanding balance is due 8 weeks before the arrival date an a reminder will be sent out close to the due date. If the booking is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date, 100% of the cost of the property rental shall be due at the time of booking. Payment can be made in GBP and USD by secure online credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Amex) or by bank transfer to our nominated company accounts. Credit card payments in GBP with a UK registered card are Free of Charge. Credit card payments in USD with a non UK registered card a 3% admin fee will apply. CANCELLATION POLICY In the event that you have to cancel your booking at any time it should be noted that no refund can be made of either deposits or final payments under any circumstances. It is a condition of the booking that the entire party is covered by comprehensive travel insurance, which you will need to provide separately to your booking, such insurance should provide compensation to you in the event of cancellation. Although it is unlikely that the villa management will have to make any changes to confirmed arrangements, it is sometimes unavoidable in which case we will advise you at the earliest possible date. If, for any reason beyond our control, we are unable to provide you with the property booked, the villa management shall reserve the right to cancel the reservation. If the properties are damaged or rendered unusable the villa management will try to locate an alternative property for the period required. However, if this is not possible, or you do not wish to be transferred, the villa management will cancel the booking and refund you in full, less any bank transfer charges. The villa management shall not be liable for any further obligations or claims by the client.

The area takes up the north west corner of Koh Samui and has calm seas and unspoiled sandy beaches with stunning views over to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. Bang Por is mid way betwen the small town of Maenam and the capital and ferryport of Koh Samui, Nathon where you will find a good choice of restaurants and shops.
