The Eranda Chic Pool Villa 1 is the perfect combination of modernity, comfort privacy and perfectly positioned for access to two of the most popular spots on Koh Samui.
The 3 bedroom villa is one of 6 villas elevated just off the main ring road of Koh Samui and is just 5 minutes from downtown Chaweng and the famous white sands of Chaweng beach and a few minutes from the charming and family orientated Cheong Mon Bay..
A set of wide steps lead up to the entrance of the villa and the door opens into the main living room consisting of a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and at the front of the villa facing the views is the lounge. A Smart flat screen TV with international channels hangs from the wall Floor to ceiling glass doors open out to a terrace furnished with a dining set , sun loungers and parasols surrounding the 40sqm pool with a jacuzzi at one end.. All this you can enjoy whilst you sit and relax enjoying the sea views.
Back inside, 2 bedrooms lead off from either side of the living room.
Bedroom 1 with en suite bathroom is on the left side and has a king size bed. Sliding glass doors opening out on to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 2 with an en suite bathroom is on the right side of the living area and is furnished with twin beds with similar glass doors leading out on to the pool terrace.
Bedroom 3 with an en suite bathroom has it’s own separate entrance opposite the main entrance to the villa and is a spacious room with a king size bed and a sofa. The bedroom has far reaching views over the north coast of Koh Samui.
A reception is situated at the entrance to the Eranda Chic Pool Villas for any assistance needed with respect of tours , rental cars etc.
Breakfast will be delivered to the villa by the resort staff every morning
