Choose from five generous sea view bedrooms, each one a calm and private retreat. The principal Master suite offers a walk-in wardrobe, separate dressing room and sweeping terrace views. For couples, the second Master pavilion is a world apart, with a king-size bed, luxurious en-suite and a private jacuzzi designed for total seclusion. Every bedroom flows naturally out to the pools, sundeck and the lush tropical gardens that surround the villa.
The spaces in between are just as considered. Al fresco dining salas, a poolside bar and BBQ, a high-spec German kitchen and multiple lounge areas make Karpe Diem as well suited to a lively gathering as it is to a quiet, restorative escape.
The location places you perfectly. Chaweng and Lamai are just minutes away, the Royal Samui Golf Club is a three minute drive, two beautiful beach coves are within five minutes, and a sea view restaurant is practically on your doorstep. The airport is around 15 minutes away.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
