Kimsacheva villa is a large 6 bedroom villa in a private hilltop location and is entered down a smooth sandstone staircase leading from the road and carport onto the main living platform.
The airconditioned lounge room and TV area are fully equipped with a flat screen TV and satellite channels and are designed for relaxing with plenty of comfortable oversize armchairs.Large glass concertina doors open right back to merge the internal living space with that outside.
Moving down to the lower platform guests will find a 15m infinity edge swimming pool, dining terrace, poolside lounge, and kitchen.
Above the main living space are three of the six double bedrooms, including one master suite with a private terrace and views over two of the island's coasts.The suite can be fully opened on two sides should you prefer to sleep with the night's breeze instead of the A/C.The suite's en-suite bathroom leads onto its own private courtyard with a huge terrazzo bathtub set amongst the palm trees.
The other bedrooms on this level also have en-suite bathrooms, air conditioning, hair dryers as do the remaining three bedrooms which are all located at the bottom of the property on a private level with views. .
To prepare food in the kitchen you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a two twin door refrigerator, espresso machine and coffee maker, kettle and a toaster and a dishwasher. There is a large dining table that can seat 12 guests.
For communication, the house has Wi-Fi internet access.
The house is in a quiet area on a private road. Car hire is recommended and there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
The Villa has an English speaking Villa Manager, a maid and a handyman.The villa staff is available daily. Extra staff time can be arranged on request and a private chef can be provided for an extra charge.

This trip was phenomenal, starting with the location of the villa, the landscape view and the superb service. We stayed for 4 nights and had 2 live cooking meals by a chef (with a wide selection of dishes from a given menu). Breakfast and airport shuttle was inclusive. All are in room suits with a spacious pool with a patio and dining area. Simply it’s just amazing!"
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation. The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Prime Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa. Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. Peak Season - Christmas and New year Period: 75 days or more before arrival date. For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited but credited for 12 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management. The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa
