Lipa Talay Neung is one of a small group of private villas all with their own pool and walled in for privacy. The villa is within a few minutes walk across to the tranquil and sandy Lipa Noi beach that offers stunning west facing views across to the infamous '5 Islands' creating a beautiful backdrop for the amazing sunsets.
Set in it's own fully secured grounds, with tropical garden and large private pool, the interior is beautifully decorated and fully equipped with modern amenities and offers an open plan living room and 2 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms en-suite in the main pavilion and a further 3rd bedroom en suite in a separate pavilion. Dining can be either inside or on the covered patio overlooking the pool.
This vacation rental is ideal for those who want to enjoy a holiday in peace and for relaxation. Guests can relax on the sun loungers by the pool or perhaps have a massage in the poolside sala and enjoy views of the lush tropical garden. Alternatively take a 1 minute stroll to the beach.

CANCELLATION POLICY If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, ‘The Villa’ must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing: More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited. Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited. In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, all payments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued. If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of Management Company Cancellation during the period of the holiday. The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management Company. Insurance: The owners are not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as water craft, water sports, jeep or motor bike rental, etc.
Lipa Noi is considered a peaceful area due to it's distance from the main Koh Samui ring road and offers a beautiful long sandy beach, stunning scenery and amazing sunsets. Some of our finest luxury beachfront villas can be found on the 2 beaches that make up the coastline. The working town of Nathon is just 7 minutes drive with the usual amenities of banks, pharmacies, convenience stores and tourist shopping.
