The accommodation is spread over 3 floors with 2 bedrooms on the upper floor including the sumptuous bathroom suite with bathtub and double doors to a small balcony to enjoy the views, The other bedroom has a king size bed and a luxurious bathroom with shower.

The main floor is the living area with a fully equipped kitchen including an american size refrigerator, microwave, cooker with oven and everything you need for a self catering holiday. A breakfast bar with stools separates the kitchen from the dining area furnished with a dining table seating 8 persons. The spacious lounge has comfortable sofas and a state of the art media/sound system that stores 3000 cd's and 2000 DVD's and the music can be directed outside to listen and relax round the pool.
A wall of sliding doors lead out to the wide terrace furnished with sofas and sun loungers and occasional furniture.

Steps lead down to the pool deck from the terrace and there are gradual steps leading into the pool itself which also incorporates a jacuzzi.seat.

There are 2 further bedrooms which have stunning sea views located either side of the pool both with king size beds and luxurious bathrooms with shower. The 5th bedroom is a twin bedroom and is located on a lower floor.

The games room is next to the twin bedroom which has a full size pool table, TV and entertainment

There are plasma TV screens in the living room, 4 of the bedrooms and the games room all of which are connected to the media server for satellite TV and internet access.
The villa is air rconditioned with ceiling fans and has a cool tiled floor in the living area and polished wood floors in all the bedrooms.
The villa is a 24 hour secure gate and is walking distance to the beach and village although as the villa is elevated may be hard work for some walking back.
