The accommodation is over 2 floors with a lounge/TV room and 2 of the bedrooms set around the pool on ground level and the kitchen, dining area and 3rd bedroom on the upper level.
The master bedroom has sliding doors opening on to the pool deck and a further set of sliding doors leads out to a private terrace furnished with comfortable relaxation chairs and enjoying amazing views. The bedroom has a king size bed, a TV/DVD player and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub, twin basins and a walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom also has sliding doors opening on to the pool deck and covered terrace and has a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower.
The living room in the centre has comfortable sofas and a 42 ins wall hung flat screen TV with satellite channels and a DVD player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the covered terrace furnished with sun loungers and a glass table.
The infinity edge pool faces the ocean and has a waterfall feature to one side providing a cool retreat away from the warm sun.
An open staircase leads from the living area up to the 1st floor where on one side the fully equipped kitchen ls located complete with worktop/cooking island, double fridge freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave and ice maker.
A breakfast table set next to the kitchen can be used indoor or moved on to the covered balcony through sliding doors from the kitchen where there are also sun loungers to relax in and enjoy the sea views.
An indoor dining set and occasional furniture separates the kitchen from the 3rd bedroom furnished with a king size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and features large windows offering ocean views.
This luxurious and comfortable villa is adorned with modern quality furniture throughout with polished wood floors and ceiling fans in each room. All the bedrooms are also air conditioned.

The nearest beach is Ban Tai which is at the foot of the hill and also has a scattering of beach restaurants serving both Thai and international food.
The villa is conveniently located close to the Championship golf course of Santi Buri just 5 minutes drive away. The busier resorts of Bophut and Chaweng for restaurants and shopping are 15 and 25 minutes drive away in one direction with the administrative town and ferry port being 10 minutes drive in the other direction.
The villa is ideally suited to couples or friends wishing to have a quiet relaxing retreat but within easy reach of the amenities that Koh Samui has to offer
