Set within the exclusive Samujana hillside estate in Choeng Mon, Villa 12 is a truly extraordinary 7 bedroom contemporary retreat that raises the bar for luxury villa stays on Koh Samui. Designed with equal passion for relaxation, entertainment and wellness, this is a villa that genuinely has it all.
The arrival experience sets the tone immediately. An elegant entrance walkway leads past a water feature into an impressive open reception area with a long bar, oversized contemporary daybeds and the full length of the 25m saltwater infinity pool stretching out ahead. Views from the pool sweep across Chaweng Bay to Koh Matlang island, and the pool itself features submerged seating and an underwater sound system for full immersion.
The main living level above is anchored by a generous sala style lounge with sofa seating for 20, wrapped on three sides by a tranquil reflection pool. Motorised blinds allow for privacy or shade as needed. An open plan show kitchen and long dining table sit just behind, with a separate staff kitchen ensuring service is seamless and unobtrusive.
The facilities at Villa 12 are in a league of their own. A tiered private cinema seats 20 guests, while the 200sqm gym rivals a professional facility with Life Fitness and Hammerstrength equipment, free weights and a dedicated MMA and boxing training area. The games room has pool table, table football and video game consoles. Outside, a children's wading pool, trampoline, basketball court and access to communal floodlit tennis courts provide endless activity. A spa room, yoga pavilion and peaceful meditation spaces offer the perfect counterbalance.
Seven beautifully appointed en suite bedrooms each feature king size beds, built in wardrobes, personal safe, minibar and satellite TV linked to a central entertainment library. Five bedrooms have their own private garden terrace with jacuzzi. Sound zoning throughout the villa is controlled by iPad, with WiFi available everywhere.
For weddings and celebrations, Villa 12 is one of Koh Samui's most sought after venues, with space to host events within the villa or at the dedicated event lawn nearby. The villa can also be combined with neighbouring Samujana villas for groups needing additional accommodation.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
