Samujana Villa 12 takes villa life to a different scale. Seven en-suite bedrooms sit across a hillside plot looking north-east over Chaweng Bay towards Koh Matlang, and the centrepiece is a 25 metre infinity-edge pool, one of the largest on the island, wrapped by wide decks, a rooftop sun deck and landscaped gardens.
The main living level is open-plan and seats twenty, with a reflection pool on three sides and motorised blinds that drop away to leave the view uninterrupted. A long dining table is served by an open show kitchen with a separate staff kitchen behind it, and the entrance walkway runs past a water feature into a reception with a bar counter and daybeds set along the pool edge. Multiple pavilions and quiet corners mean a group of fourteen can gather together or scatter without anyone feeling on top of anyone else.
Downstairs there is a private tiered cinema and a commercial-standard gym with TRX, Hammerstrength, free weights and a full range of cardio machines. A games room holds a pool table, table football, table tennis, retro arcade machines and games consoles, alongside a digital library of films and music piped through a villa-wide sound system controlled from an iPad. Outside there is a children's wading pool, a trampoline and a basketball practice court, plus a yoga pavilion, a massage sala and meditation nests for anyone wanting the other kind of holiday.
All seven bedrooms have king beds, en-suite bathrooms, televisions, safes and minibars, and five open onto private garden terraces with large jacuzzis. Parking is underground and private, the villa runs on full backup generators, and estate security is uniformed and round the clock.
Samujana holds Three MICHELIN Keys, the estate's highest possible award, and was a filming location for The White Lotus. The estate is a private hillside community of 23 villas above a quiet coral cove on Koh Samui's north-eastern cape, ten minutes from the airport.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
