As Samujana's original villa, Villa 7 holds a unique place on the estate and its elevated position means it enjoys some of the most spectacular uninterrupted ocean views of any villa in the development. Now fully remodelled and refurbished to the highest standard, it blends dramatic natural features including mature frangipani trees growing through the decking and striking rock formations with refined contemporary design throughout.
From the entrance, steps descend past rooftop terrace gardens and a tranquil reflection pool, each level revealing a little more of those extraordinary sea views before you arrive at the main living level. The open plan living room spans the full width of the pool, with generous sofa seating, a dining table for eight and a fully equipped kitchen, all framed by expansive pull down blinds that provide shade and weather protection without sacrificing the light or the outlook.
Behind the lounge a dedicated AV room offers a more intimate space with a large plasma screen, surround sound system and deeply comfortable built in sofas. A pool table sits on the covered balcony at the rear alongside a study and desk. The private 14m infinity edge pool runs along the length of the main living level, meeting the ocean horizon in spectacular fashion, with sun loungers on the deck and a BBQ alongside for outdoor dining.
Four spacious en suite bedrooms each have floor to ceiling windows and beautifully appointed bathrooms with raised bathtubs set in black marble and stone washbasins. The master suite has an additional recessed shower room and guest bathroom. An extra room serves as a children's bedroom, study or playroom with its own powder room. The fourth bedroom and fully equipped air conditioned gym occupy the lower level.
A Nuvo sound system runs throughout, parking for two cars is available and full backup generator and uniformed 24 hour security are included. Choeng Mon beach is just minutes away and Chaweng is a short and easy drive.

Actually, it was even better…. here’s why…
Our butler was wonderful and took care of all our arrangements. Breakfast was included and served at an agreed time each morning, offering both Continental, Full English/American and Asian options also. We enjoyed lunch and dinner most days, and the food was delicious. One night, we had a BBQ and didn’t have to lift a finger. It was a special experience, with friends gathered around, eating, drinking, and having fun.
The twice-daily shuttle service was very convenient. We visited Chaweng a few times, and a taxi to Fisherman’s Village took only 15 minutes. Honestly, it was hard to leave the villa.
The location is still perfect for a peaceful escape. The island particularly grew from last time, but this Choengmon area still very nice and quiet enough.
Highly recommended!
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
