Amazing villa, located on a great (and almost private) beach. The beach is a bit rocky but great for snorkeling. We got top-level service by Souk. Fresh and delicious food every day.
The view from the villa is terrific, there's a pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, billiard table. Perfect family getaway.

Unbelievable experience. Khun Mong and Khun Souk were so lovely and always trying to make us feel at home. The house itself is beautiful, huge, with tasteful decoration and it has a direct access to the beach with kayaks and paddles you can use. The food was particularly amazing and better than any of the restaurants we tried on the island. We asked for cooking lessons from Khun Mong, it was a very nice experience and it was so good...

We had a wonderful stay in this sumptuous villa, surrounded by lush greenery.
The location is sublime, overlooking a private beach and sheltered from the wind (which blew quite a bit across the island during our stay).
The richness of the seabed right in front of the villa is breathtaking! Without a doubt, the most beautiful thing I've seen on the island's beaches.
The atmosphere of the villa is extremely soothing, with its wood and white colors, the blue of the pool blending into the sea, the lush banana trees, the tiare flowers...
I can never thank Khun Mong and Khun Souk enough, who delighted us every day with the best cuisine I've ever enjoyed in Thailand.
Everything is thoughtful and designed so that you lack absolutely nothing, and to every question you may have, Khun Souk will have the answer!
Thank you again for this unforgettable stay and these timeless moments, where everything is order and beauty, luxury, calm and voluptuousness...
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
Intermediate, High and Prime (i.e. not during Christmas, New Year peak seasons):
Payment must be fully settled: 60 days prior to arrival, or if that date is already passed, then within 1 day of guest confirmation of intention to book.
We have a no-refund policy in the event of cancellation but if you cancel more than 60 days prior to arrival we will issue a credit note for the same villa valid for 9 months. If you cancel within 60 days of arrival all funds paid will be forfeited and a partial or full refund will only be made if we some or all of the dates are rebooked.
Guests can of course claim off their travel insurance which according to our terms and conditions they should all obtain and we will provide any supporting evidence required.
Christmas and New Year: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment, all payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable in the event that villa management secures another reservation covering partially or fully the initial and cancelled reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if the villa management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the Villa management
