Seven Swifts villa is located within an exclusive residential development with direct private access to the waters edge and fantastic views overlooking Ban Rak bay and towards Big Buddha;
The main house has 3 spacious bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 guests.
The lounge/dining area at entrance level is open-plan with fold-back doors leading on to a sea view terrace.
The fully equipped spacious and modern kitchen is separate from the living area and offers the same views as the living room terrace so you can cook and enjoy the views at the same time. For your convenience on a small covered terrace outside the kitchen door there is a washing machine and a BBQ. A washroom and toilet is also located at this level.
The villa has private infinity pool overlooking Ban Rak bay with separate jacuzzi/kiddies paddle pool that is positioned under a covered area.
The 3 bedrooms are all on the same level and therefore ideal for a family with small children.
The fabulous master suite has a 32" smart TV, and an enormous en-suite bathroom with bath tub. Sliding doors lead on to a terrace
There is a pathway that leads down through the garden to the waters edge. 3 sun terraces will help you make the most of this beautiful location.
Just 15 minutes drive to the airport, 20 minutes to all major shopping/supermarkets and 5 minutes from the popular Fisherman's village.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”

The area is most famous for the beachside Old Fisherman's Village offering a host of dining options serving international cuisine as well as delicious Thai food, cocktail bars, Sports bars and a number of chic coffee outlets to sit and people watch. There is also plenty of tourist shopping, tour shops massage shops in addition to the beach and a watersports centre.
There is a "Walking Street Night Market " four times a week on Monday,Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4.30 - 10.30pm attracting a great number of visitors from all over the island.
