Sunny Banks occupies a stunning location and enjoys incredible ocean views of the South-East of Samui Island. Despite its hill top location Sunny Banks is very easy to reach by car without any white knuckle driving moments, just 1 minute from the main road.
Sunny Banks sits atop a lofty position overlooking the sea just to the South of Lamai and conveniently located only 20 minutes from Samui airport. Set on 1 level only this stylishly designed and opulently appointed 4 bedroom villa is an ideal place to relax, unwind and enjoy your island holiday. Cool sea breezes flow through the lush tropical hillside and filter throughout the villa where you can enjoy the stunning views from the pool terrace and living area.
The infinity swimming pool also offers incredible views. The large pool terrace has non slip sand-wash and ample comfortable sun loungers. The poolside area is incredibly spacious, providing access to the lounge and kitchen areas.
All 4 bedrooms could be considered as master bedrooms, 3 of which offer breathtaking views. The bedrooms have large and comfortable King & Queen-sized beds. The en-suite bathroom has sink, shower and private WC.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
Hua Thanon is part of the area of Bang Kao taking in most of the south coast of Koh Samui.
The actual village of Hua Thanon is the oldest in Koh Samui originally occupied by Chinese settlers and some descendents of which still live in Chinese-style wooden shop houses. Many of the villagers are fishermen who keep their colourful boats moored alongside the village.
North of the village the beaches are cleaner and some beachside developments and small resorts are established there however with the low tides certain times of the year the sea is too shallow for swimming but ideal for beach sports.
