The Emerald Hill Beach Villa blends modern design with traditional Thai elements. This three-bedroom and two-bathroom villa, located just steps from the tranquil Laem Noi Beach, is an idyllic setting for families and friends seeking a high-end holiday experience.

Located on the north coast of Koh Samui the villa offers a superb private landscaped lawn area with an ocean-view swimming pool and is located on the peaceful end of spectacular Bang Po beach. With magnificent views over the Gulf of Thailand to the nearby island of Koh Phangan and the famous Ang Thong Marine Park.

The Emerald Hill Beach Villa is perfectly positioned to offer both seclusion and convenience. A short 10-15 minute walk will take guests to a variety of beachside dining options.

Upon entry, guests are greeted by a lush garden area adorned with large ceramic pots and a sandstone path leading to a striking pavilion with a sloping glass roof. The heart of the villa is its expansive living area, featuring huge L-shaped sofas, opening glass doors, and panoramic views of the Gulf of Thailand.

The adjoining dining area hosts a sturdy teak table, accented by an orange runner and a vibrant orchid centrepiece, creating a perfect environment for memorable meals.

Each of the villa’s three bedrooms has been thoughtfully designed to provide ultimate comfort and privacy.

The spacious master bedroom, located on the ground floor, offers a luxurious retreat with stunning views of the pool and the sea beyond. It features a king-sized bed with a tall, patchwork wood headboard, decorated in rich natural wood tones complemented by silk runners and pillows in oranges, browns, and creams.

The room is bright and airy, thanks to two sides with folding doors that open directly to the garden and pool area.

The second-floor guest bedroom mirrors the master's elegance, featuring twin beds, bespoke silk throws, and an en-suite bathroom. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

Low & high seasons

"All payments received will be credited for the same property for a period of 12 months, excluding prime & peak seasons. All payments will be forfeited for any cancellation within 45 days of arrival."

Prime & peak Seasons

All payment (s) received will be forfeited or refunded in pro-rata shall another booking be secured for the same period that has been cancelled.

No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival.

Early Check-in & Late Check-Out fees

Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
