The Headland Villa 4 sits at the highest point in the estate, offering a secluded 3-bedroom retreat surrounded by tropical landscaping and complete privacy.
The living/dining pavilion is elegantly decorated with contemporary Asian furnishings and features three walls of full-height glass doors that enhance airflow while blending indoors with the outdoors. The fully equipped modern kitchen is adjacent to a spacious deck that offers a view of the valley and includes a BBQ.
The shaded deck is perfect for cocktails at sunset while taking in the spectacular scenery of the famous Five Islands. The mezzanine provides a cozy space for reading or watching TV, with a sofa that can convert into a bed for extra guests.
The villa includes a sparkling pool that separates the living and sleeping areas. The pool’s lighting creates a stunning visual effect in the evenings, transforming the surrounding garden into an enchanting wonderland.
Three en-suite bedrooms offer panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand. The master suite features direct access to the pool, while the other bedrooms include comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms.

We stayed at Headland Villa 4, and it was simply superb! We had such a pleasant holiday and a huge part of that was thanks to the wonderful staff. The manager Ray is an absolute gem. She is incredibly kind and helpful and checks in from time to time to make sure everything is going smoothly. You can also ask Ray to arrange groceries for you, which is a really convenient service. Every morning, members of the staff come by to make sure everything is clean and tidy, including the pool and outdoor areas. Everything is very well looked after throughout your stay. Breakfast is simply amazing! You can get pretty much anything you could imagine for breakfast, and the people serving you are always incredibly friendly. The rooms in Villa 4 were fantastic. Everything was clean, with fresh towels every day and air conditioning. Reaching Villa 4 does require climbing quite a few steps but it is absolutely worth it! The beach is also easily accessible, although getting there involves quite a few steps as well. The reward is the absolutely beautiful view you get from the villas. There are also quite a few additional services you can enjoy during your stay. We had a couple of massages and also arranged for a private chef to cook dinner for our family. The chef and staff were incredibly friendly and the food was superb. I would definitely recommend trying this during your stay! There are plenty of outdoor activities available as well, and the staff can arrange many of them for you. Communication with everyone was always easy, friendly, and very clear. Overall, there honestly isn’t much more I can say other than that it was an 11/10 experience. Everything went perfectly. The people were incredibly friendly, the service was excellent, and the location is absolutely beautiful!! We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back!

I give this place a 10/10. The location and the view is beautiful, the villa is very wel maintained and matches the surroundings. The staff is there daily and are all very friendly. They are also very attentive, for example I told the host that my grandma and I were having our bday (my grandma 2 days after we left and I the day we left) and she gave us a very special breakfast and (local) gifts, which both were lovely. The food was also excellent. The private chef u can order always gave us a feast and the restaurants nearby also good. The host ray was exceptional, very attentive, very friendly and overall made us feel like family. There is also a transportation service that is good. Would for sure come back, loved this place.
We will never forget it.

This time, it was genuinely difficult for me to write a review. Let’s start with the obvious: the house has every amenity you could wish for. The view is absolutely breathtaking, and the pool was practically used 24/7 by my children. The photos are not edited or misleading — it really does look exactly like that. However, the true soul of this place is Ray and her team. At first, we thought we had simply booked the house — nothing more. Instead, we were picked up from the airport and taken back again on our departure day. Four people welcomed us at the villa with fresh coconuts. Every day, breakfast was freshly prepared for us right in the villa. Eggs exactly the way we wanted them — whether omelettes or soft-boiled eggs — every request was fulfilled. Fresh fruit? No problem. My daughter loves bananas, and when they ran out, there were more waiting for her the very next day. Every day, the cushions and towels were beautifully arranged, mosquito incense was lit, and the rooms were spotless. All questions were answered incredibly quickly, and Ray even casually organised a private longtail boat trip to Pig Island just for my family and me. We are not used to this level of service, and to be honest, we felt a little uncomfortable with it until the very end. We had grown so fond of everyone that it was genuinely difficult to leave this place and these wonderful people on our departure day. I have never experienced anything like this dream holiday. I can recommend this accommodation wholeheartedly and without hesitation. Dear Ray, thank you so much for turning our holiday into an unforgettable dream vacation. We will never forget it.

I recommend staying here! Really nice staff and everything you could wish for is arranged. Free pick up to the accommodation and even free pick up to the airport for example. Lek is really friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
Taling Ngam is a peaceful area in what is considered as the 'exclusive' south west coast of Koh Samui. Here you will experience tropical island life with the untouched beauty, palm fringed quiet beaches and the authentic Thai life in the small villages.
