The Headland Villa 4 sits at the highest point in the estate, offering a secluded 3-bedroom retreat surrounded by tropical landscaping and complete privacy.
The living/dining pavilion is elegantly decorated with contemporary Asian furnishings and features three walls of full-height glass doors that enhance airflow while blending indoors with the outdoors. The fully equipped modern kitchen is adjacent to a spacious deck that offers a view of the valley and includes a BBQ.
The shaded deck is perfect for cocktails at sunset while taking in the spectacular scenery of the famous Five Islands. The mezzanine provides a cozy space for reading or watching TV, with a sofa that can convert into a bed for extra guests.
The villa includes a sparkling pool that separates the living and sleeping areas. The pool’s lighting creates a stunning visual effect in the evenings, transforming the surrounding garden into an enchanting wonderland.
Three en-suite bedrooms offer panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand. The master suite features direct access to the pool, while the other bedrooms include comfortable beds and en-suite bathrooms.

I recommend staying here! Really nice staff and everything you could wish for is arranged. Free pick up to the accommodation and even free pick up to the airport for example. Lek is really friendly and nice! Highly recommended!!
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:
Christmas and New Year Periods:
3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
Taling Ngam is a peaceful area in what is considered as the 'exclusive' south west coast of Koh Samui. Here you will experience tropical island life with the untouched beauty, palm fringed quiet beaches and the authentic Thai life in the small villages.
There is a number of popular quality restaurants in the area and surrounding villages and the nearest main town for tourist shopping and entertainment is 20 - 25 mins drive away
