Acacia Villa is a stunning fully staffed beachfront villa located on beautiful Maenam Beach, Koh Samui. This spacious villa with stunning views has a beachfront lap pool and sala with daybed and presents luxurious and elegant beachfront living.

Set within a private walled garden with gated access the villa comprises of 4 detached pavilions that frame a centre piece saltwater lap-pool, with lawn garden, beach, and views across to the island of Koh Phangan beyond.

The first pavilion, at the rear of the property houses two en-suite twin bedrooms, and an adjacent well-equipped gym.
Each twin room is furnished with polished wooden floors, and has an en-suite bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a bathtub.
The second pavilion contains the third bedroom, which is a double, with polished wooden floor, vaulted ceilings, and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and bath tub.

The beachfront pavilion is the master bedroom suite and terrace with king size bed and has amazing views of the pool, the beach and the sea.

In the opposing pavilion is the main living area, including a large, fully-fitted kitchen, which leads into the open-plan dining and living areas. The dining room is dominated by a teak wood dining table, and features wood-paneled walls and vaulted ceiling. An additional bathroom is accessible from the dining area. The lounge area includes a sumptuous arrangement of sofas and a coffee table. The lounge area leads to a media room complete with an electrically operated screen and a ceiling-mounted projector home theatre system

The blue tiled swimming pool runs across the beachfront side of the garden. Adjacent to the pool is a sala, or open-sided pavilion, furnished with loungers, table, and chairs, and fitted with ceiling fans, BBQ, and outdoor speakers. Beyond the pool, a lawn separates the beach, which is accessed by a private gated entrance. Maenam beach is quiet, and offers good swimming conditions and deep water at any time of year.

Villa Acacia is a spacious and stylish villa, ideally suited to parties of up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms. All rooms at Villa Acacia are air-conditioned and fitted with ceiling fans. Complimentary broadband WiFi internet access is provided throughout the villa.

The villa is located on the North coast of Koh Samui, and within walking distance to Maenam village with several restaurants and small shops.
The oceanfront fine dining is less than 10 minutes away and the busier town and nightlife of Chaweng is 20 minutes drive.. The ferry port and administrative town of Nathon in the other direction is 20 minutes drive and the Santiburi Championship golf course is 10 minutes drive away.
