An Unforgettable Stay
The villa is absolutely stunning - with amazing views, beautiful design, super spacious, and so comfortable.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every meal was delicious, from breakfast to dinner, we were so well taken care of throughout our stay. We honestly can’t wait to come back.
If you’re looking for the perfect escape, this villa is it. Highly recommend!

Wow – what an absolutely stunning experience at Villa Blue View Luxe – an incredible villa in a stunning location with attentive and friendly service throughout. The villa itself is simply stunning – and built to a very high standard and spec. The pool level is a great place to hang out, sunbathe, swim and gather around the huge table for meals, snacks or drinks! The bedrooms are a calm and luxurious retreat with comfortable beds and high standard shower and sink fittings. Then of course there’s the service of the villa team – from running you to places of interest on Samui, to BBQing lobsters on the grill – you will be made to feel very welcome here!

This is a beautiful villa. Have stayed there 4 times now. It has a magical view across to Koh Phangan and Koh Tao and is great for chilling to the max.

First class villa in Koh Samui. Stunning location, huge amount of space and staff are absolutely fantastic. Food was excellent. I would highly recommend for a family or a larger group.
Very close to the beach with some great local restaurants, and an easy drive to all other attractions that Samui has to offer. That said very little reason to leave the villa to be honest, it has everything you need.
I highly recommend staying here!

I had the most wonderful 4 days. Beautiful villa with superb service. The view was magnificent and the rooms were spacious and there was enough space and private areas to accommodate our group of 8 young adults and 7 parents. The staff cared for us well and cooked us delicious meals within relatively short notice when we decided to stay in. We even had one night of seafood bbq w lobsters etc all purchased by the staff at a reasonable staff.

An ultra-private, luxurious hilltop villa with breathtaking views of Koh Phangan. The in-house chef prepared exceptional meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently outstanding. Our stay here was a fantastic experience.. the rooms are big clean well furnished. The view from the villa was splendid. And most importantly Villa manager Sugar is a fantastic host… helped and coordinated our transport/activities.. also ensured we were well fed with a variety of food options
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
