Villa M is a gracious yet contemporary villa set in the heart of Fisherman's Village, Bophut, and stands out as the only absolute beachfront residence in the area and the enviable location, elegant, colonial inspired design and superb furnishings create simply an amazing holiday home.
The exterior with its white facade contrasted by the antique Shanxi doorway is eye catching. The interior tastefully compliments the exterior with white walls and plantation shutters contrasting with the richness and texture of the recycled teak floors.
The entrance hallway opens into the beach-facing main living area, with a designer kitchen separated from the dining area by a breakfast bar.
The lounge is furnished with sofas, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted LCD TV/DVD with glass doors open onto the teak pool deck, and an infinity-edge pool surrounded by lawn and the palm-fringed beach beyond.
A floating staircase leads up to the first floor, and a second elegant lounge with balcony furnished with antique furniture and there are three en-suite bedrooms also on this first floor,two of which have sea views.
The spectacular master bedroom suite occupies the top floor, and includes a beautiful en-suite bedroom with King-size bed, sea views, and glass doors onto two rooftop decks for private sunbathing, lounging, or dining while gazing out over the sea with the final luxury indulgence being a sunken rooftop jacuzzi tub and bar on this terrace.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
Bophut is a popular area to stay with beach villas and exclusive panoramic view villas located on the hillside waiting to welcome you for a fabulous Koh Samui holiday.
The area is most famous for the beachside Old Fisherman's Village offering a host of dining options serving international cuisine as well as delicious Thai food, cocktail bars, Sports bars and a number of chic coffee outlets to sit and people watch. There is also plenty of tourist shopping, tour shops massage shops in addition to the beach and a watersports centre.
There is a "Walking Street Night Market " four times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday from 4.30 - 10.30pm attracting a great number of visitors from all over the island.
