Villa Neung is part of a prestigious and secure community of beachfront holiday villas located in a secluded cove on the north west corner of Koh Samui and situated within a secure gate providing guests the opportunity to unwind and relax in a contemporary tropical retreat.
The villa comprises of 3 separate pavilons accommodating a living room, the master bedroom and two guest bedrooms.
The open plan living room faces the pool and ocean is open on two sides one of which faces the beach and the other facing the master bedroom. The lounge has a large square sofa facing a wall hung TV with satellite channels and a high quality digital entertainment system including BOSE and JBL. The dining area has a teak table with contemporary style transparent chairs seating 8 persons. To the rear of this pavilion is the fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar still experiencing the beautiful sea views.
The master bedroom with king size bed is separated from the living room by stepping stones over a lawned walkway and also faces the pool with views to the sea and has an en suite with a free standing terrazo bath tub, twin sinks and separate wet room shower. Floor to ceiling windows slide back on two sides and the front terrace is furnished with patio furniture.
Stepping stones lead to the 3rd pavilion accommodating the two guest bedrooms both with king size beds one of which faces the sea and both have en-suite bathrooms with wet room showers.
Outside is a good size mineral treated infinity edge swimming pool separated from the beach by a lawn area and decking outside the living room provides ample space for sunbathing and relaxing on sun loungers as well as in a sala on the lawn close to the beach.
This villa provides guests with the opportunity to unwind and relax in a contemporary tropical retreat.
A friendly villa manager and a team of helpful staff are on hand to take care of your every need. They can organise spa treatments, candlelit dinners on the beach and even yoga instructors, should you so wish.
The popular Fisherman's Village in Bophut further aong the north coast is just 25 mins drive. Here you will find a good choice of oceanside dining, sports bar, cocktail bars, chill out coffee places and various boutique shops selling jewelry, art, clothes etc as well as the usual tailors, tour shops and spa/massage

Stellar service - great breakfast selections and flexibility to customize to your personal preferences (i.e. health conditions.) My mom just had her back operations and they provided extra pillows to smoothen her stay and movement within the room.

Villa Neung is an amazing place, our experience staying there was top notch. The villa staff were incredibly caring and very helpful in handling our breakfast. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and they offered us a wide variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend Villa Neung, especially if you’re looking for a beachfront villa.

It was so lovely! Clean and in good condition I really loved how homey the villa felt—perfect for a relaxing holiday. The beach felt like a private beach, and I could even swim there every day haha. What I appreciated the most was how friendly the staff were. Khun Nong and Khun Dong were amazing—they have such great standards and service. The location is also very convenient, not too far from Bo Phut and Nathon, where I found great nightlife and a night market. Highly recommended for a stay!
I will be back for sure.

Villa Neung was amazing!! I had a really great time in this villa. The beach almost feels like a private one, calm water, clean, and super relaxing. I love the fact that I wake up 5 steps away from the beach everyday. Khun Non and Khun Don are amazing, they are always ready to assist us with anything and their cookings are insanely delicious too.. I will be back for sure.

We had a fantastic week at Villa Neung. We have rented villas in Thailand many times over the years, but the experience here was truly extraordinary.
The villa itself is beautiful and very well maintained, but what really made the stay special was the team taking care of the house. They were incredibly friendly, thoughtful, and extremely service-minded. Everything was handled smoothly and with a genuine warmth that made us feel very welcome throughout the entire week.
This was easily one of our best villa stays in Thailand, and we will definitely be coming back.

CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, TLN must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by TLN.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by TLN and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if TLN cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of TLN. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with TLN local Representative’s Manager.
