Villa Pina Colada is completed in 2015 and located in the gated villa resort of Ban Tai Estate 300m/ 1000ft from the beach and access to the picture perfect swimming beach is by complimentary buggy or a 10 minute walk.

The villa comprises of 3 floors and has been lovingly designed and furnished to meet every need and wish of the guests.

Entering the villa through double wooden doors guests will find themselves in a cosy courtyard where the private swimming pool is framed by manicured lawns and sandwash terrace furnished with sunloungers.  

The ground floor is separated into two wings.

The right hand side wing hosts a small hallway and spacious living room which combines a comfortable lounge, dining area, fully fitted western kitchen with breakfast bar, guest's WC and a storage room with washing machine.

The lounge area has 2 squashy sofas facing a flat screen TV with Apple TV/DVD with satellite channels. There is also a pool table adding further to the choices for evening entertainment. The dining area is furnished with a wooden top table with white-leather back chairs seating 6 and the kitchen has a stylish breakfast bar with 3 stools.

The living room has full- length floor-to-ceiling sliding doors which give access to the private swimming pool and a shady sala equipped with a small dining table seating and a modern gas BBQ.

The left hand side wing features two en-suite bedrooms.

Each of the bedrooms is air-conditioned, has king-size double bed, wardrobe, flat screen TV with satellite channels, a personal safe and an ensuite shower room.

Bedroom 1 has sliding floor-to-ceiling door opening to cosy yard with a sunken private Jacuzzi.Bedroom 2 has an additional door leading to a private adjoining terrace  - perfect for early evening relaxation.

An external staircase leads to the first floor of the wing where a further 4 bedrooms are located.

Each of the bedrooms are equally comfortable and appealing with ensuite bathrooms featuring rain showers.

Bedroom 3 has a private terrace, king-size double bed, built-in wardrobe, safe, en-suite bathroom with rain-shower and double basins.Bedroom 4 is furnished with a king-size double bed, study corner and an ensuite bathroom with a rain-shower.A long corridor leads to the remaining bedrooms 5 and 6. They are similar to all other bedrooms and both have private terraces.

Moving up to the top floor there is a second living room with kitchenette, dining table seating 6 and a leather sofa facing a wall-mounted TV with satellite channels. 

This floor also has a huge sea view roof top terrace and is a great feature of Villa Pina Colada. The area is perfect for parties and chill-out evenings with one side having a a sunken private jacuzzi, loungers, a corner sofa with rattan coffee tables and the other side is equipped with outdoor furniture and a pull down screen projector.  This roof top terrace has been popular especially with hosted Yoga groups for their sessions with repeat bookings in this ideal environment.
