Located in the hills above Chaweng on Koh Samui’s north-east coast, Villa Sutra is a stylish private retreat offering sweeping panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand. The villa blends contemporary architecture with elegant furnishings and carefully selected artworks, creating a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere for a luxurious island stay.
Completed in 2023, Villa Sutra is designed across several levels to maximise privacy and the stunning sea views. Spacious interiors flow seamlessly onto outdoor terraces, where guests can enjoy the tropical surroundings and expansive ocean panorama.
The main living area provides a comfortable space for relaxing with family and friends, featuring large sofas, tasteful décor, and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that open onto the pool terrace. The 18-metre salt-filtered infinity pool forms the centrepiece of the outdoor area, surrounded by sun loungers and shaded seating areas overlooking the sea.
Dining options include an indoor table for up to ten guests or outdoor terrace dining with uninterrupted sea views. While the villa has a fully equipped kitchen, most guests prefer to enjoy meals prepared by the private chef, who serves a variety of Thai and international dishes using fresh local ingredients.
Villa Sutra also offers a range of leisure facilities designed for both relaxation and entertainment. These include a private cinema room with streaming platforms and PlayStation, a spa area with massage bed, sauna, and steam room, and a fully equipped gym with treadmill, weights, and table tennis.
The villa accommodates up to eight guests across four double bedrooms. Each bedroom features a king-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, wardrobe space, and an en-suite bathroom. The master bedroom on the main level enjoys sea views, direct pool access, a walk-in wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with bathtub and rain shower. A second master bedroom on the upper level offers sea and garden views with an en-suite bathroom featuring both a bathtub and shower.
Two additional guest bedrooms on the lower levels each have king-size beds, en-suite bathrooms with rain showers, and private terraces overlooking the gardens.
Guests are supported by a professional villa team, including a villa manager, private chef, and housekeeping staff, ensuring a seamless and comfortable stay. Daily continental breakfast, housekeeping, and complimentary WiFi are included.
Villa Sutra is conveniently located just a short drive from Koh Samui International Airport, Chaweng Beach, shopping centres, restaurants, and the island’s vibrant nightlife.

This villa is beyond words. Well located, stunning views, beautifully appoint, great condition, and the staff were just amazing.
Our family trip around Thailand was special, and our time in Villa Sutra was perhaps the highlight. We felt so at home, and did not want to leave.
I always like to go to new places when I travel, but may make an exception to my own rules here an return to Villa Sutra.

Villa Sutra was the ultimate luxury getaway for four of us looking for a relaxing end of year break. The property delivers as the photo’s displayed, with everything impeccably clean and in great condition. There is immediate wow factor the moment you arrive at Villa Sutra.
The rest of the experience does not disappoint with the Villa caretakers, Khun Don and Khun Karn providing the best service we have experienced during any holiday. Khun Don has experience previously working on the island’s Intercontinental and Four Season’s hotels. It is this type of expertise that provided us the most memorable of stays where we have returned back to Australia and miss both their service and our stay in this incredible property.

Deposit Payment
To guarantee this booking in the first instance, you will be required to pay a deposit equivalent to 30% of the total rental due, or 50% for the Christmas and New Year period.
Balance Payment
Full balance is due at least 30 days prior to arrival.
Last Minute Reservation
In case of reservation within 30 days of arrival, full payment may be requested at once before the arrival date.
Payments may be made in GBP or USD by bank transfer to our nominated company bank account, or through an online payment gateway with your credit card (Visa, MasterCard and Amex). All UK registered credit cards are processed free of charge. All non-UK credit card payments will incur a 3% admin fee.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
