Fitness Options 

There are several gyms on the island that let you use the gym for a daily rate. The SALA gym at Choeng Mon beach is a full-service fitness facility, that you can access daily.

Elite gyms have three gyms on the island, one in central Chaweng, one in Bophut (near Tesco Lotus) and one in Nathon. Each has daily and weekly memberships.

Samui Holiday Villas are able to organise fitness professionals to visit you in your villa and book you into fitness camps for your stay or for specific fitness and wellbeing activities like paddleboarding, Muay Thai boxing, yoga and wellbeing spa treatments & packages.

Sports activities like tennis, squash, kitesurfing and sailing are also available around the island and our team can advise where they take place. There are excellent Muay Thai training camps in Lamai and Chaweng and weekly training sessions can be arranged.

Koh Samui Fitness Camps

Kickstart your wellbeing & fitness with a fitness camp from Thailand Retreats and Chai Talay Villas.

The camp takes place at the beautiful Lipa Noi Beach which is just 30 minutes from the airport and 40 minutes from Chaweng Beach. The camp aims to provide a perfect mix of mindfulness, exercise, and rest.

It includes over 35 hours of fitness activity over three nights and four days and a healthy organic breakfast, lunch and supper in a beautiful beachfront setting.

Fitness activities on offer include TRX, HIIT, Pilates, Boxing, Bootcamp, Yoga and Core Training.
