Baan Puri is a stunning beachfront high spec villa set on the beautiful west facing Lipa Noi beach and has been stylishly designed in contemporary style with a touch of Thai influences. The villa offers amazing sunset views, a beautiful beach and a wonderful retreat for a large family to enjoy a relaxing holiday in spacious and luxurious surroundings
The entrance to Baan Puri leads past a koi pond and you are then straight into the spacious living and dining pavilion where you are greeted with spectacular views down the 29m swimming pool and the ocean beyond. At the far end of the pool is a comfortable furnished sunken sala and swim-up bar beyond which is a large lawn area before stepping on to the beach.
The grand open-plan living room includes a lounge furnished with sumptuous sofas and a ceiling hung 100 ins cinema screen, a dining area seating 12, and a fully-equipped kitchen. Hardwood doors fold back to the rear of the room as well as to the front extending the living area to the covered terrace and providing great views across the pool, lawn and sea beyond.
A grass lawn separates the patio from the sand-stone pool deck, which is furnished with loungers and parasols. The crystal clear lap pool is entirely chemical free, using the latest ionizing technology and robotic cleaning. The vast 29 metre long blue-tiled infinity pool features submerged sun-beds and a swim-up bar. The pool-side sala pavilion faces the beach, and has a double sided bar, a dining set, sofas, and BBQ. A Sonos music system with Bose speakers completes this idyllic lounging venue.
There are a number of inviting spaces for dining with the fan cooled terrace in the dining pavilion pavilion being ideal for breakfast and casual meals enjoying the pool and ocean views. The sunken sala at the beach end is a shady retreat during the day and perfect for early evening cocktails with a poolside bar and large cushioned seating. The beachside lawn offers relaxation in large comfy sofas perfect to watch the sunset and a candlelit dinner could also be set up here.
Baan Puri has 6 spacious en-suite bedrooms, all of which are air-conditioned, and feature vaulted wooden ceilings, dressing areas and built-in wardrobes.
4 of the bedroom suites are at ground level and overlook the beach, pool or tropical gardens whilst the 2 upper floor bedrooms enjoy a spectacular panorama from a shared terrace.
Baan Puri is extremely well equipped and located for families with children of all ages. Activities include: kayaking, paddle boarding, football, beach volleyball and other games.
At night the grounds at Baan Puri are illuminated for a scenic dining or party experience. The beach at Lipa Noi is one of the finest on the island with soft white sand, good swimming conditions, outstanding views of the famous Five Islands, Angthong Marine Park, and across to the mainland.
The area of Lipa Noi is away from the tourist crowds and has a rustic charm with some small beach bars and in contrast the trendy world renowned Nikki Beach Club provides entertainment and is famous for it's Sunday Lunch occasions.
For casual tourist shopping small coffee shops it is a short drive to the administrative working town and ferryport of Nathon with the tourist spots of Fisherman's Village in Bophut and he livelier Chaweng & Lamai a 30 - 40mins drive.

Our happy place. Thank you to Aoy and the wonderful team at Baan Puri, this place holds a special place in our heart. It has been so many years, we continue to visit every Easter. We are always blown away by the warmth and care Aoy and her staff show us. Nothing is ever too much trouble, from the minute we wake up we are treated like royalty. The service, the food, the villa are all well above any 5 * hotel. We never hesitate to rebook at Baan Puri because we know it will be the most incredible holiday ALWAYS! THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING! Dear Khun Aoy and all the Baan Puri team, Wow, what an incredible holiday, the location and villa speak for themselves but its the staffs who make it so magical. Nothing was too much , the food was incredible and better than any restaurant. The BBQ 's outside the villa and on the be achfront were suggestions. and cleaniness was outstanding. We appreciated ,Aoy arranged for jet ski's for come to the villa and arranged for massages , ladies to us as well, and the Island tour including fisherman's market. The fishing was fun , and eating them on the BBQ too. The banana friters, sweetcorn , cakes , rice cakers were amazing - ice cream , The smiling staffs made the holiday , Thank you.

I love Thailand. It is beautiful. I love the beach, it is excellent. My parents like that. They went to the beach every morning. I love the waiter and waitress there. I love the food and everything of there. Thailand.
