High above Bang Por on Koh Samui’s quiet north coast, Blue View Estate brings together Villa Blue View and Villa Blue View Luxe to create one of the island’s most impressive spaces for large groups. Sitting 180 metres above the sea, both villas enjoy panoramic views across the Gulf of Thailand to the waters made famous by The White Lotus Season 3.
With two villas side by side, everyone gets room to breathe. Each has its own L shaped infinity pool with a shallow end for little ones, a breezy ocean facing sala and a barbecue for sunset dinners, so the group can come together by the pool one moment and find a quiet corner the next.
Downtime is well catered for, with two movie rooms for cosy film nights, a private spa room ready for massages and treatments, an activity room with table tennis and a yoga deck overlooking the sea. Two fully equipped kitchens and two dining areas seat all 26 guests, ideal for big family feasts or a Thai cooking class with the chefs.
Up to 26 guests can stay across 10 bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms and sea view terraces. There are eight king bedrooms, two of which can be set as twins, both master bathrooms have a bathtub, and two family rooms with bunk beds are perfect for children.
Each villa has its own English speaking villa manager and maid. Daily breakfast, housekeeping, a welcome drink, WiFi, utilities and a return airport transfer are all included, while private chefs, massages and babysitting can be arranged at extra cost. The estate is also available for celebrations and events of up to 40 seated or 60 standing guests.
Bang Por remains one of Samui’s best kept secrets, with a gentle village pace and a beach just 800m away for sunset strolls and casual seafood by the sea. The Four Seasons is close by, and Nathon, Santiburi Golf Course and the boutiques and restaurants of Fisherman’s Village are all an easy drive.

The villa is absolutely stunning - with amazing views, beautiful design, super spacious, and so comfortable.
The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Every meal was delicious, from breakfast to dinner, we were so well taken care of throughout our stay. We honestly can’t wait to come back.
If you’re looking for the perfect escape, this villa is it. Highly recommend!

Fabulous hidden gem in Samui. Bang Po the new trendy place to be with opening of entertainment venues such as Sassy and some top drawer Thai food places on beach. Only 25 mins to Chaweng and lovely and peaceful during day. Staff couldn’t have done more and the clever layouts of both villas mean all rooms have sensational views. Have already booked to return in a few months

Dear Patty & Olay, We came to Thailand to celebrate our 50th Wedding Anniversary with our children, granddaughter, and close friends, and staying here made it unforgetable. From the moment we arrived, Patty and Olay gave us the absolute best costuner service, they are two of the hardest- working and kindest people we have ever met. Nothing was too much trouble and they made every detail feels effortless so that we could simply enjoy our time together. The food was absolutely amazing, flavorful, fresh and beautifully prepared everyday. We also induldge in spa treatments in the spa room, which were over the top and so relaxing. The villa itself was stunning and the set the perfect scene for our vow renewal at sunset. We couldn't have asked for more magival setting to share such a special milestone with our family. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel the whole or any part of the booking by the Guests, SVH must be notified in writing in advance (email is acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the date of the written confirmation is received by SVH.
The following cancellation charges will be applied depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing by SVH and the period of stay in the Villa by the Guests:

3.1 Amendments
An admin fee of USD 50 will apply in the event of refund and amendment to reservation. The above cancellation charges also apply if SVH cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance. If the dates of the booking require to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of SVH. An early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with SVH local Representative's Manager.
