Clay Beach Samui is a striking collection of contemporary luxury beachfront villas located on the western end of Bophut Beach, overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. With direct beach access, beautiful sea views, stylish interiors and a highly flexible configuration, the property is suited to everything from smaller family holidays to larger gatherings of friends and family.
Guests can choose from 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configurations, with larger groups able to combine villas into 10 and 15 bedroom arrangements. A full 20 bedroom estate configuration is also available, while other combinations can be arranged on request. This flexibility allows Clay Beach Samui to accommodate different group sizes without compromising on privacy, comfort or the character of the individual villas.
Each villa combines contemporary Asian-inspired design with natural materials, tropical greenery and distinctive artwork. High vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass doors and open-plan living spaces create a light and spacious atmosphere, with comfortable lounge areas, dining spaces and fully equipped kitchens providing everything guests need for relaxing together.
Outdoor living is a key feature, with spacious terraces, sunbeds, day beds and private swimming pools creating plenty of opportunities to enjoy the tropical surroundings. The beachfront infinity pool features built-in seating and a Jacuzzi, while additional private pools and plunge-pool areas provide further spaces for swimming and relaxation. The position directly beside Bophut Beach also makes it easy to enjoy the sea and surrounding coastline.
Bedrooms are designed for comfort, with super king-size beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, Smart TVs, walk-in wardrobes, safes and mini-bars. En-suite bathrooms feature rain showers and twin vanities, with selected bedrooms also offering natural-stone bathtubs. The distinctive loft-style suites provide additional living space and their own character, with selected configurations offering private pool areas, kitchen facilities and elevated ocean views.
Guests are supported by a dedicated villa manager, housekeeping team and villa attendants, with daily housekeeping and daily Thai or continental breakfast included. Concierge assistance is available for arranging tours, activities and local experiences, while complimentary airport transfers provide a convenient start and end to the stay. Private chef service is also available on request, with ingredients charged separately.

Our stay here was absolutely flawless. The location is perfect, and the villa was incredibly luxurious, comfortable, and fully equipped with every detail in mind. The private beach and pool areas are stunning and offer total relaxation. What truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff—they went out of their way to care for everything we needed with genuine hospitality. To top it all off, the food was hands down the most delicious we've ever had . Highly, highly recommended!

There are simply no words to describe this experience. It exceeded every expectation.
Whether you're a family with children who need space and privacy, a group of friends, or a few couples traveling together, this villa is perfect. And if your group is even larger, there are three additional villas on the property, making it an ideal choice for bigger gatherings.
The villa features stunning interior design, exceptional comfort, and thoughtful attention to every detail. It's clear that everything has been carefully planned to make sure you never miss a thing.
The team was outstanding, constantly looking for ways to make our stay even more enjoyable, always with a smile and genuine care.
The meals prepared for us were very tasty, and the prices were more than fair.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Fisherman's Village, close enough to enjoy everything while still feeling peaceful and private.

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 24 of us stayed Clay Beach villas on a group trip and it completely blew our expectations out of the water. It was excellent. The villas are gorgeous, the staff are excellent. The food, drinks, coordination all excellent. Highly recommended this place.

I recently spent a week at this stunning villa in Koh Samui with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa is one of the most luxurious accommodations I've ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly impressive, always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional chef, who prepared delicious meals that delighted our taste buds every day. We had a delightful stay at Clay Beach Villa in Samui. The place is stunning and serene with the 4 pools and mirrors everywhere. The luxury villa is blending contemporary designs with thai decoration. The ocean view is fantastic, the spacious rooms are very well maintained and extremely clean. The staff is absolutely lovely and very hospitable. The customer service is outstanding. If you want to walk a bit, you can go on the beach to reach Fisherman village in Bophut. Also, we really enjoyed the gastronomic journey, our taste buds were literally spoiled with all the flavors, spices and spirits we experienced ! The thai cuisine and the cocktails list were staggering ; some cocktails were really astonishing. The Thai chef cooked for us a tasty massaman curry, a delicious white snappers, a refreshing watermelon salad with feta cheese, a flavorful fried rice and a spicy laab, etc. All we experienced there was truly marvelous, breathtaking and unique as they care about every very little detail. It was a pure moment of magic and happiness. Khoob-khun ka !

We had a dream week at the Clay Beach. The Villa is amazing, well situated with beautiful sea bay view. The rooms are pampering and the design and decoration is absolutely outstanding. Both the lap swimming pool and the relaxing front view pool were great experience. The luxury villa offers great amenities and full service. And above all - the villa owners are extremely caring and made us feel at home. We highly recommend Clay Beach!

We arrived at the Clay Beach Samui for 3 nights with 2 other couples through a recommendation of a good friend. The place is gorgeous. Absolutely amazing! The decoration line is clean with a touch of the local design. The amenities are top. There is plenty of room, great common areas, swimming pool of course and a real good atmosphere. The owner was attentive and took care of everything we needed. The fisherman village is just a step away. I would definitely recommend this place and for sure will come back with family and friends.
Bookings require a 50% deposit to pre-confirm, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Minimum stays apply by season, with longer minimum stays over Peak periods, Christmas & New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, while earlier cancellations may receive a credit subject to the applicable terms. Changes to dates, bedrooms or guest numbers are subject to availability and approval, with additional charges where applicable. Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 11am; early check-in and late check-out may incur additional fees. A refundable security deposit of THB 30,000/US$1,000 is required at check-in.
