Clay Beach Samui is a striking collection of contemporary luxury beachfront villas set directly on Bophut Beach on Koh Samui’s northern coast. Combining sophisticated Asian-inspired design with natural materials, tropical surroundings and beautiful views across the Gulf of Thailand, the estate offers a stylish and highly flexible setting for private holidays, family gatherings, celebrations and group stays.
The villas are available in 3, 4 and 5-bedroom configurations, making the estate suitable for smaller groups as well as larger families and groups of friends. Villas can also be combined to create larger 10, 15 and 20-bedroom configurations, with other arrangements available on request. This flexibility allows groups to select an accommodation configuration that suits their size while retaining the privacy and comfort of individual villa spaces.
Contemporary interiors feature natural timber, clay, brass and distinctive antique artwork, complemented by high vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass doors that make the most of the tropical surroundings. Spacious living and dining areas provide comfortable spaces for relaxing together, while the fully equipped gourmet kitchen is designed to support everything from casual family meals to private dining experiences.
Outdoor living is at the heart of Clay Beach Samui. The villas feature generous terraces, comfortable day beds and sun loungers, together with four private swimming pools, including spectacular infinity pools and a private plunge pool. The beachfront infinity pool features built-in seating and a Jacuzzi, while additional pools provide further opportunities for swimming and relaxation. Direct access to Bophut Beach and views towards the sea and Koh Phangan further enhance the beachfront setting.
The bedrooms are individually styled for comfort and feature super king-size beds, air-conditioning, ceiling fans, 55-inch Smart TVs, walk-in wardrobes, safes and mini-bars. En-suite bathrooms include rain showers and twin sinks, while selected master bedrooms feature beautifully crafted stone-carved bathtubs, furnished sitting areas and floor-to-ceiling glass doors overlooking the pools and sea.
The distinctive loft-style bedrooms provide additional flexibility, with their own living areas and outdoor spaces. Depending on the configuration selected, guests can enjoy additional kitchen facilities, dining areas, private pool space and elevated ocean views.
A dedicated villa team provides attentive service throughout the stay, including a villa manager, housekeeping team, villa attendants, gardener and concierge service. Daily Thai or continental breakfast, daily housekeeping, Wi-Fi, towels and one complimentary round-trip airport transfer are included. Private chef and butler services are available, while the concierge can assist with arranging activities, excursions, spa treatments and other island experiences.
For guests who want to enjoy the surrounding waters, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are also provided. The villa can additionally arrange services such as in-villa yoga, babysitting, Thai cooking classes, massage treatments, driver services and vehicle rental on request.

Our stay here was absolutely flawless. The location is perfect, and the villa was incredibly luxurious, comfortable, and fully equipped with every detail in mind. The private beach and pool areas are stunning and offer total relaxation. What truly sets this place apart is the amazing staff—they went out of their way to care for everything we needed with genuine hospitality. To top it all off, the food was hands down the most delicious we've ever had . Highly, highly recommended!

There are simply no words to describe this experience. It exceeded every expectation.
Whether you're a family with children who need space and privacy, a group of friends, or a few couples traveling together, this villa is perfect. And if your group is even larger, there are three additional villas on the property, making it an ideal choice for bigger gatherings.
The villa features stunning interior design, exceptional comfort, and thoughtful attention to every detail. It's clear that everything has been carefully planned to make sure you never miss a thing.
The team was outstanding, constantly looking for ways to make our stay even more enjoyable, always with a smile and genuine care.
The meals prepared for us were very tasty, and the prices were more than fair.
The location is excellent, just a short walk from Fisherman's Village, close enough to enjoy everything while still feeling peaceful and private.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beachfront villa. The location is perfect, with very easy access to the beach just steps away, making it incredibly convenient to enjoy the ocean whenever we wanted. The pool was beautiful, well-maintained, and a great place to relax throughout our stay.
What truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism, warmth, and genuine hospitality. A very special thank you to Pookie and her team for their incredible care and attention, and to Tish for organizing everything so seamlessly. Their efforts made our vacation completely stress-free and unforgettable.
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a perfect beach getaway. We look forward to returning!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. 24 of us stayed Clay Beach villas on a group trip and it completely blew our expectations out of the water. It was excellent. The villas are gorgeous, the staff are excellent. The food, drinks, coordination all excellent. Highly recommended this place.

I recently spent a week at this stunning villa in Koh Samui with my family, and it was an unforgettable experience. The villa is one of the most luxurious accommodations I've ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly impressive, always attentive and ready to assist with a smile. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional chef, who prepared delicious meals that delighted our taste buds every day. I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a high-end, relaxing getaway. You won't be disappointed!
Bookings require a 50% deposit to pre-confirm, with the remaining balance due 30 days before arrival. Minimum stays apply by season, with longer minimum stays over Peak periods, Christmas & New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable, while earlier cancellations may receive a credit subject to the applicable terms. Changes to dates, bedrooms or guest numbers are subject to availability and approval, with additional charges where applicable. Standard check-in is from 2pm and check-out by 11am; early check-in and late check-out may incur additional fees. A refundable security deposit of THB 30,000/US$1,000 is required at check-in.
