The ground floor consists of a large L shaped open plan living room with comfortable lounge furniture and a dining table with seating for 6 to 8 persons.
For entertainment the villa is equipped with satellite TV, a stereo system, DVD player and even a cupboard full of children's games and toys. There is a computer and internet access will be provided on request free of charge.
Patio doors on 3 sides of the living room open out to a large verandah which leads down to the beach just a few steps away.

At the rear of the living room separated by a breakfast bar with stools is a fully equipped kitchen with cooking facilities both indoor and outdoor.

A double bedroom and a bathroom with shower, an office with a desk and bunk beds offering additional accommodation for children is also located on the ground floor.

Upstairs there are 2 further double bedrooms to the rear of the property. These rooms share a bathroom with a bathtub and have views over the pool and gardens.

The very spacious Master Suite takes up the whole of the front half of the upper level of the property. The sleeping area is accessed through the dressing room and walk in closet area, and the bathroom is finished in black mother of pearl granite.

Glass patio doors lead out from the bedroom to a large terrace with a privately positioned outside Jacuzzi for two. The terrace is furnished with sun loungers for you to enjoy the spectacular tropical sunsets and watch the fishing boats as they go out at night.

There is a kayak available for guest use located at the side of the house and for your convenience, small supermarkets and numerous beach bars and restaurants are located within walking distance along the beach on boh sides of the small develipment of similar properties.
