Samui Summit Villa is a spacious 5-bedroom hillside retreat in Choeng Mon offering beautiful sea and coastal views, generous outdoor living areas and a relaxed private setting just minutes from some of Koh Samui’s most popular beaches and dining spots.
Positioned to capture both sunrise and sunset vistas, the villa’s elevated location creates a wonderful sense of privacy while still keeping guests close to everything needed for an easy island stay. Two large balconies and a wide pool terrace provide plenty of space for relaxing together, enjoying meals outdoors or simply soaking up the views across the coastline.
The villa is arranged over two levels and comfortably accommodates families or groups of friends. Three ensuite bedrooms occupy the upper floor, including a well-appointed master bedroom with Smart TV, while two further bedrooms on the lower level share a spacious bathroom and balcony access. The layout makes the villa especially practical for mixed-age groups travelling together.
A bright open-plan living and dining space forms the centre of the home, complemented by a fully equipped European kitchen ideal for preparing meals or entertaining. Large glass doors open directly to the terrace and private infinity-style pool, creating an easy indoor-outdoor lifestyle that works perfectly in Samui’s tropical climate.
Daily housekeeping is provided by the villa’s resident staff, and guests are welcomed with a complimentary continental breakfast each morning. A multilingual guest manager is also available to assist with local recommendations, transport arrangements and activity bookings during your stay. Chef services are available on request for both lunch and evening dining.
Additional conveniences include complimentary airport transfers (one each way), Wi-Fi throughout the villa, baby cot and highchair availability, secure parking and a digital safe. Linen is refreshed twice weekly and pool towels are changed as needed to maintain comfort throughout your visit.

Our stay at the villa was superb! The location does benefit from having your own car but that gives you so much freedom to travel round the island, the staff in the morning are fantastic, they cook anything you’d like for breakfast, eggs, bacon, pancakes etc, bedding and room towels changed regularly and the pool towels daily. I can’t fault the villa, amazing views, air con in every room, gorgeous pool area, I give it an 11 out of 10!

What a phenomenal experience! We were a group of 8 (2 families of 4) from the UK. From the very start, the kindness of Mr Chit and Ms Noi was wonderful. Can, our host, made sure we could arrange whatever needed and nothing was too much. We made so many wonderful memories and explored so much (Koh Tao, Elephant Care Samui, Marine Park, Foot Golf, Temples, fishing and beaches galore!) The villa was very clean, secure and it was easy to access any part of the island. We had a night in and enjoyed a beautiful meal, prepared by Mr Chit and Ms. Noi, as well as sampled some the amazing nearby restaurants (hint: try Mr Eung’s the Bay Leaf, you won’t be disappointed) and others all around the Island (special mention to Cocoon, Jungle Club and The Shack)
All we can say is thank you so much for an unforgettable experience and for providing a place for us all to reset, recharge and take in the beautiful island of Koh Samui!

My family and I spent 2 weeks in this gorgeous villa in Samui Summit. We cannot fault the property or the wonderful staff whom were super helpful and friendly! Just a short walk down the hill and you have access to the beach and various cafes and restaurants. We have created some amazing memories and would recommend to anyone!!

Amazing family stay with exceptional service. Very well located and easily accessible to all the main areas. One thing to note, you can’t walk to anything and best to rent a car. Highly recommend staying here!
CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
The white soft sands on the west facing unspoiled palm fringed Plai Laem beach stretches for 2 km however the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted to just paddling in most places. The popular beach of Choeng Mon with more activity is just a few minutes drive away.
The view from Plai Laem beach is stunning and is one of the best places to see Koh Samui’s amazing sunsets as the sun disappears beyond the sloping hills and north coastline. An ideal place to relax, read a book and enjoy the scenery.
