Samujana Villa 21 is built for groups. Over a thousand square metres of living space sit above Choeng Mon on the estate hillside, arranged around an oversized infinity-edge pool and the largest lawn of any villa at Samujana, which is what makes it work as readily for a corporate retreat or a celebration as for a family holiday.
A private cinema seats thirteen, so it doubles as a screening room or a presentation space. There is a full gym, a games room with a pool table, a bar alongside the full-service kitchen, and a dedicated spa treatment room for in-villa therapies. A Nuvo sound system runs throughout, and an office sits away from the main living space for anyone who has to work.
Six en-suite bedrooms include two master suites, all generously sized, each with a private terrace and either sea or garden views. Outside there are landscaped gardens, terraces, sunny daybeds and a poolside gas BBQ, with the lawn open for wellness sessions, games or an event.
Samujana holds Three MICHELIN Keys, the estate's highest possible award, and was a filming location for The White Lotus. The estate is a private hillside community of 23 villas above a quiet coral cove on Koh Samui's north-eastern cape, ten minutes from the airport.

We had the fortune to stay here over October half term. The villa was outstanding & beyond our expectations. The amenities were incredible with a gym, cinema room & private infinity pool. The attentiveness of staff was only matched by the magnificent views out across the ocean. The location is perfect for exploring the island. A special thank you to Honey for making our stay extra special & looking after my family & I. I cannot fault the place - just incredible.
CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENTS TO RESERVATION
The client must notify Samujana in writing (email acceptable) should it become necessary to cancel all or any part of a booking. Cancellations will take effect from the date written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges apply depending on when written notification is received:
Standard, Intermediate, Shoulder and High Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 30 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
Prime and Peak Seasons (including Christmas and New Year): 45 days or more before arrival: The deposit paid is non refundable. Within 45 days of arrival: All payments made are forfeited.
If the villa management cancels a booking due to non payment of the balance, the above cancellation charges will also apply. Any request to change or amend dates may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply. All amendments are subject to availability and approval by Samujana reservations.
PAYMENT TERMS
A non refundable deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required to confirm a reservation. The remaining balance of 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival, or 45 days prior to arrival for prime and peak season bookings.
Choeng Mon offers a perfect family holiday with something for every member of the family. The location has a stunning sandy beach that has swimming all year round and lined with rustic style restaurants with high end hotels at each end of the bay.
The village also has a great choice of restaurants together with the usual amenities. Nightlife is limited to dining out especially on the beach when there may be some entertainment.The location is just 10 minutes from popular Fisherman's Village and lively Chaweng.
