Together the three villas create a spacious multi-residence retreat ideal for extended family holidays, group celebrations and private gatherings, offering the flexibility of separate accommodation areas alongside generous shared indoor and outdoor living spaces.
Across the estate guests enjoy three private infinity swimming pools, multiple panoramic sunset terraces and several indoor and outdoor dining areas designed for relaxed tropical living. Entertainment and wellness facilities include two private cinema rooms, two spa treatment areas and three fully equipped gyms, together with a Jungle Gym play area featuring zip line, treehouse and trampoline for younger guests. A separate children’s shallow pool and landscaped Infinity Lawn provide additional outdoor space suitable for family activities and small events.

We stayed at Lime Samui as a group of 16 people for a wellness retreat, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The property, which consists of three stunning villas (Villa Spice, Villa Splash, and Villa Zest), offered the perfect combination of luxury, comfort, and privacy—each villa with its own beautiful infinity pool and breathtaking views of Koh Samui’s west coast. What really made our stay unforgettable was the incredible staff. From the moment we arrived, they were always kind, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. They helped organize airport pick-ups and daily transportation, ensured the house was spotless at all times, and were especially thoughtful when it came to our group’s specific dietary requirements—working with us to plan delicious meals that catered to everyone's needs.

I had the privilege of staying at this extraordinary mountain-top villa, and it was nothing short of perfection. With its stunning location, impeccable design, and world-class service, it stands out as one of the finest accommodations I’ve ever experienced. The villa consists of three separate 5-bedroom units, each designed with luxury and comfort in mind. The spacious rooms are tastefully decorated, blending modern elegance with cozy mountain charm. Each bedroom feels like its own private retreat, complete with plush bedding, en-suite bathrooms, and breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The common areas are equally impressive, featuring open-plan living spaces, high-end furnishings, and state-of-the-art amenities. What truly elevates this property is the personalized service provided by the dedicated staff. Each villa is attended by five highly professional and attentive staff, taking very good care of us. Overall 5 stars experience!
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking.
Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
