Villa Spice is a striking five-bedroom luxury residence set within the exclusive Lime Samui estate above Koh Samui’s scenic west coast near Nathon, offering spectacular island views, spacious living areas and excellent facilities for families or groups travelling together.
Arranged across several cascading hillside levels, the villa combines contemporary design with relaxed tropical living. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto expansive terraces and poolside spaces, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding sea views throughout the property.
Accommodation includes five ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 16 guests including children. The impressive master suite features a mezzanine office area that can also be used as additional sleeping space, while a specially designed children’s bedroom includes bunk-style sleeping arrangements, a child-friendly bathroom and its own private outdoor terrace. A duplex guest suite with lounge area provides additional flexibility for extended family stays.
The outdoor living areas are centred around a spectacular 20-metre infinity pool overlooking the coastline together with a separate children’s splash pool and ocean-view Jacuzzi. The pool terrace connects to shaded dining areas and a built-in barbecue space ideal for relaxed evenings at the villa, while the landscaped infinity lawn offers a beautiful setting for small celebrations or gatherings.
Inside, guests can enjoy a private cinema room with 14 seats and large screen, a fully equipped Life Fitness gym with TRX training equipment and a dedicated spa treatment room with twin massage beds. A study workspace and multiple indoor lounge areas provide additional comfort for longer stays.
Daily buffet breakfast is included together with the services of full-time villa staff and a private chef for lunch preparation. One complimentary round-trip airport transfer is provided and concierge assistance is available to arrange island excursions, transport and activities throughout your stay.

I am not good with reviews, but i can only give this my best review. My wife and I had our wedding here and it was perfect. The view, the weather were all very good. The swimming pool is great and well kept, i saw a person checking the water quality every day - great for kids. Mr. Sank was very friendly and attentive, we felt very taken care of. Thanks to the chef for amazing food too. We tried thai food dinners and surf and turf bbq, very delicious. The mades kept the whole place very clean and it smelled great everywhere. The villa is on a hill and there are no shops around, but honestly we didn’t even want to leave the villa.
Everything exceeded our expectations.

A simply magnificent villa, offering breathtaking comfort and views. Incredible staff—attentive, discreet, yet always available to ensure everything was perfect. Meticulous planning allowed us to fully enjoy ourselves without the slightest stress.
We experienced 10 intense and magical days celebrating our wedding with 30 guests: laughter, emotion, unforgettable moments… Everything exceeded our expectations. A memory to cherish forever.

Une villa tout simplement magnifique, avec un confort et une vue à couper le souffle. Un personnel incroyable, attentionné, discret mais toujours présent pour que tout soit parfait. Une organisation millimétrée qui nous a permis de profiter pleinement sans le moindre stress.
Nous avons vécu 10 jours intenses et magiques pour un mariage à 30 personnes : rires, émotions, moments inoubliables… Tout était au-delà de nos espérances. Un souvenir gravé à vie.

The most amazing villa with stunning views of the water and luscious landscape surrounding.
The real highlight of the Villa is the amazing hospitality, Sank and the rest of the team are so friendly and welcoming that they made our stay better than we could ever have dreamed of.
The food at the Villa was second to none, always delicious and perfectly presented.
The driver was fantastic and so patient.
I’m not one to holiday in the same place more than once but I’d gladly spend every holiday here for years to come!

We truly enjoyed our stay in Lime Samui! Villa Spice is a beautifully designed, elegant and spacious villa. We stayed there for 5 days and could not get enough of it. As we are family travellers, we appreciated the most the features that our 2 years old daughter enjoyed.
- pool, mini pool & jacuzzi - The fact that there was also a mini pool where little kids can stand was amazing!
- Private chef - meals were delicious and you can enjoy Thai, Western or Chinese cuisine, plenty of choices for every day.
- Personal driver - That helped us with trips around the island a lot, cause we didn’t want to wait somewhere in the heat with a toddler.
- The staff was very attentive and they can even babysit when needed
- Spa & gym - great Thai massages!
- Sound system - may seem like a small thing but this detail definitely made our holiday - with this sound system you can dance like no one is watching around the pool to the music you choose.
- private cinema with Netflix connected to it was great
- sunset view was stunning
All in all it was a hassle free and luxurious vacation. We can only recommend

Lovely time at Villa Spice. Beautiful views and a terrific team made us feel like family in this great villa up in the hills of Samui. Big and spacious as only two of us, but enjoyed the gym and spa area, great pool and cinema room. Hosted a small lunch for friends and the chef was fantastic! a great place to escape and relax!
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking.
Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
