Villa Zest is a stylish five-bedroom luxury hillside residence set within the exclusive Lime Samui estate above Koh Samui’s peaceful west coast near Nathon, offering exceptional panoramic sea views and some of the island’s most impressive sunsets across Ang Thong Marine Park and the Five Islands.
Designed with families and groups in mind, the villa combines open-plan living spaces with generous terraces and landscaped gardens, creating a relaxed tropical setting that balances privacy with sociable shared areas.
Accommodation includes four king ensuite guest bedrooms together with a dedicated children’s bunk bedroom connected directly to the garden play area. All bedrooms feature bathtubs, flat-screen televisions and personal safes, with several also offering walk-in rain showers and private balconies overlooking the coastline.
The outdoor living areas centre around the villa’s 18-metre infinity pool and spacious sun terrace positioned to take full advantage of the west-coast sunset views. A covered dining sala together with outdoor kitchen and barbecue area provides ideal spaces for relaxed meals overlooking the sea.
A highlight of Villa Zest is its Jungle Gym play area featuring a zip line, treehouse and trampoline, making the property especially well suited to families travelling with children. Additional facilities include a fully equipped gym and a private study with iMac computer and telescope for quiet working time or evening stargazing.
Daily breakfast and the services of a villa manager, housekeeping staff and full-time private chef are included. A complimentary airport transfer arrangement using one van and one car for arrival and departure is provided, while a 7-seater SUV with driver can be arranged at additional cost if required.

If I could give more than five stars for the service and the care that we were afforded at Villa Zest I would give 10.
Kae is the most observant, caring, generous maitre d and the rest of the staff is so careful and hard working. They are going above and beyond for us with our special needs! Our state was for the week 4 of WCA.

The most heavenly place I have ever stayed at on Koh Samui, this was my 10th trip there. By far the best! The staff go above and beyond to please you. The food was sublime!! The Villa was impeccable with the most amazing views, rooms, gym and outdoor living areas. We had a yoga teacher arrive every morning, followed with an army of masseuse's. Kay the house manager organises everything you could possibly want or wish for. The Villa chauffeur, takes you to the Night Markets, the Four Seasons or beach clubs. He waits for you and returns you back to paradise whenever you are ready.
I will be definitely be returning for a family holiday next year.
I would definitely recommend Villa Zest.

We had the most amazing holiday at Villa Zest, it is a beautiful, large villa, extremely comfortable with incredible views. Kay and her team were so good, from the moment we arrived they went out of their way to make our stay amazing. We flew in late at night but they had a delicious welcome drink waiting for us. The food was exceptional - delicious, fresh food served beautifully. Anything we wanted was no trouble - they organised a yoga teacher and massage ladies to come up to the villa every morning, and activities when we wanted them. It was so nice to stay by the pool while we did yoga and had massages and look out at the beautiful view. It felt like we were staying in a 6 star hotel, we were very spoilt. I would definitely recommend Villa Zest.

I have just come back from a weeks holiday at Villa Zest and what an amazing stay. The Villa is large and spacious with an incredible pool, huge living spaces, large bedrooms and bathrooms and an unbelievable view. The manager Kae and her staff are incredible. Nothing is a problem and they anticipated our every need. The chef served up the most fantastic Thai food every lunch and dinner, you would be hard pressed to find any better in Thailand! We had a brilliant in house yoga teacher each day and wonderful massages. The house van and driver took us all over the island whenever we wanted. Truly an incredible experience. I would recommend this villa to anyone, families, couples and friend groups, it is the perfect place to stay.

The villa is magnificent with a superb view and a very large swimming pool. The photos accurately reflect reality. Everything is magical, but the best part is the team. Relaxing and amazing stay at Villa Zest. The staff are absolutely incredible. So hospitable, kind, and responsive. You must order food everyday - the Thai food was the best we’ve had. It was so convenient to have spa treatments right in the villa as well. If you are looking for a place to unwind away from the hustle and bustle of a city, this is the place!

I recently had the pleasure to stay at this exquisite villa. The staff were so friendly and helpful and they made our stay so enjoyable and comfortable. The rooms were spacious, clean and well-maintained. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were great.
The location was perfect - remote yet close to the city centre and attractions and the staff took us anywhere we wanted to go!
The food was amazing and delicious and we had a great variety of options. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive!
The villa is absolutely beautiful and the decor was modern and stylish. We had a great stay and we would definitely stay here again and again!
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking.
Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
