Villa Zest is a luxury villa spread over 3 levels with a striking contemporary design located in a dramatic hillside location overlooking the picturesque ferry port and administrative town of Nathon on the west coast of Koh Samui. The villa offers some of the most spectacular 180 degree sea and sunset views in Thailand taking in the beautiful Angthong Marine Park and the famous Five Islands.

The property features expansive living areas, five bedrooms, a pool sala, a fully equipped gym, a study with its own comfortable terrace and children's play area.

The spacious main living floor has multifunctional living areas that open directly onto the wide pool decks of the huge infinity edge swimming pool being the main focal point of this level. The entire space slides open onto the pool deck maintaining a constant connection with the dramatic ocean views. Stairs lead up to an office lounge with iMac computer and a telescope, as well as sofas indoors and outdoors on the balcony.

Sleep comes easily at Lime Samui Villa 4 with 4 bright, breezy master bedrooms and a children's room close to the living and dining area. The children's room has been kitted out with flat screen TV suitable for 3D movies and Sony Playstation games, as well as several large beanbags for the kids to laze around on. Outside, a trampoline and play area will keep the children happy for hours.
Additional appealing amenities for children over 5 years old include an adventure playground with two tree-houses, a zip-line, monkey bars and a rope bridge (parental supervision is advised).

To complete the facilities of this villa is a fully equipped gym and an 8 seater luxury SUV which comes with a driver and is included in the villa rental rate.
