Villa de Sunset is a west coast beachfront escape shaped by sea breeze, tropical stillness and Koh Samui's slow evening light. Nathon sits on the island's quieter western shore, home to the main ferry pier and a proper working town rather than a resort strip, where the pace is set by fishing boats and market stalls instead of beach bars. Set on Nathon Beach with almost 50 metres of direct frontage onto the Gulf of Thailand, the villa's six bedrooms sleep up to 8 adults and 4 children, making it a natural fit for families, groups of friends and multi generational stays.
The beachfront Master Bedroom brings the sea right to the door, with an outdoor bathtub and private terrace looking west toward the water, while a further five bedrooms, including two child friendly rooms, spread comfortably around the pool and living areas. Days unfold between the 9 by 4 metre private pool, the beachfront pavilion and the mini golf lawn, with a private gym, pool table, kayaks and paddleboards keeping things easy and resort like without losing the privacy of a full villa stay.
Daily housekeeping, an on call Villa Manager, continental breakfast and Thai lunch cooking service are included, with a private chef, in villa massage and yoga instructor available on request. Beyond the villa gates, Nathon's walking street and night food market are only a few minutes away, ideal for evening strolls and grilled seafood by the water, while Nathon Pier connects onward to the mainland and Laem Yai and Lipa Noi Beach lie further along the coast for guests keen to explore. Fisherman's Village and the island's livelier east coast remain within easy reach for a change of scene, while Big Buddha Temple and Santiburi Golf Club round out a coastline that feels connected to the island without being swallowed by its busier scenes.

There are only 6 rooms, perfect for large families. The rooms are new, clean, and the service is great. There's a private beach in front of the house with kayaks available, and a mini golf course for the kids to play on. It's like a vacation home where you don't want to leave the house at all. It's truly ideal for relaxation. The swimming pool is also large, and the kids played all day. I was very impressed with the accommodation and will definitely return if I have the chance.

The sea is beautiful at high tide, and the sunset view is amazing. The accommodation is excellent, spacious, and has complete amenities, including kayaks and stand-up paddleboards. The bed is incredibly comfortable; you won't want to get up! It's close to a convenience store and the market.

No refund when cancellation occurs within 75 days from arrival.

Early departure, immediately on arrival or later during the dates of stay, will be considered a cancellation and all funds will be forfeited
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
At night there is a street food market set up on the promenade near the ferrry
