Siritarar Residence is a refined, sustainable beachfront villa on Samui's scenic west coast at Lipa Noi, blending traditional Thai architecture with vintage design. Steps from the famous Lipa Noi Beach, this peaceful haven offers six ensuite bedrooms for up to 14 guests, an elevated living pavilion, a freshwater pool and a sunset dining terrace, and comes fully staffed with a private chef and manager.
The elevated living and dining pavilion showcases classic Southern Thai architecture with antique Burmese teak doors and windows, opening almost directly onto the pool and beach. Inside are a sitting area with a Smart TV, a refectory-style dining table, and a show kitchen with a breakfast bar framing views of the pool and sea. A separate staff preparation kitchen and a quiet study room complete the living spaces.
Accommodation is arranged across the ground and upper floors. The ground-floor master bedroom offers a king-sized bed convertible to twins, a covered veranda and internal courtyard, a large dressing area, and an ensuite with double travertine vanity, free-standing bathtub and rain shower. The further bedrooms all feature king-sized beds convertible to twins with garden or ocean views, and one ground-floor room provides ramp access for guests with limited mobility.
Outdoors, a 14 metre freshwater pool with a shallow end for little ones runs the length of the pavilion toward the beach, framed by sun loungers and a tiled terrace for sunset cocktails. Guests enjoy a fully equipped gym overlooking the gardens, a covered recreation area with table tennis and foosball, and complimentary use of kayaks, paddleboards and beach toys. The extensive beachfront garden, with its own kitchens, reception and entrance, makes an outstanding venue for weddings and private celebrations.
Beyond the villa, Lipa Noi rewards a slower pace, with quiet beach walks, bicycle rides through coconut groves and rustic local cafes serving fresh coconuts and Thai noodles. The calm, clear waters make this stretch of coast a favourite for families, and Ang Thong National Marine Park, visible in the distance, is a magical day trip for snorkelling and kayaking among its karst islands. Guests can also meet rescued elephants at Bophut's Elephant Haven, explore the boutiques and street food of Fisherman's Village, tee off at scenic Santiburi golf club, or join Samui's famous temple and waterfall trails. The villa manager is well connected and happy to arrange it all.

Our family recently had the privilege of staying at the beautiful Siritarar Residence, a spectacular luxury beachfront villa set along the peaceful shores of Lipa Noi in Koh Samui. From the moment we arrived, the property felt incredibly special, combining the privacy of an exclusive residence with the atmosphere and attention to detail of a five star boutique hotel. Surrounded by sweeping sea views and unforgettable sunsets, it was the kind of place that immediately encourages you to slow down and fully relax.
The villa features six luxurious bedrooms alongside expansive indoor and outdoor living spaces designed perfectly for families and groups travelling together. We spent our days kayaking and paddle boarding across the calm turquoise waters directly in front of the residence, relaxing beside the refreshing freshwater swimming pool, and making use of the fully equipped gym and games facilities. There was always something to enjoy, whether our family wanted active days outdoors or simply quiet afternoons soaking in the peaceful beachfront setting.
One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional personalised service throughout. Having a private chef preparing home cooked meals and authentic Thai specialities each day elevated the entire experience and made villa living feel effortlessly luxurious.
What impressed us most, however, was the thoughtful design woven throughout the residence. Every space feels elegant yet welcoming, with beautiful textures, natural materials, and sophisticated finishes creating a warm and luxurious atmosphere. Sustainability is also deeply considered throughout the property, with recycled wood and eco conscious materials incorporated seamlessly into the design. From the moment we arrived, the villa immediately impressed us with its calm atmosphere and incredible beachfront setting. Positioned directly beside the ocean with panoramic sunset views, Siritarar Residence feels wonderfully private and serene while still being ideal for families or larger groups travelling together. The spacious design allows everyone to spread out comfortably, whether lounging beside the fresh water swimming pool, relaxing in the elegant open-air living areas, or wandering through the beautifully landscaped gardens.
The bedrooms were a true highlight of our stay. Each suite felt incredibly luxurious with warm teak accents, spacious ensuite bathrooms, plush bedding, and a calming aesthetic that reflected the villa’s natural surroundings. The blend of restored wood, traditional craftsmanship, and contemporary styling gave the villa so much character while still feeling polished and refined. We especially appreciated how spacious the layout felt for families, with thoughtful touches throughout that made travelling with children effortless.
One of the most memorable parts of our stay was experiencing the villa’s private chef service. Each morning we enjoyed leisurely breakfasts overlooking the ocean, while evenings were made extra special with a beautifully prepared traditional Thai dinner served in the villa. The authentic flavours, fresh ingredients, and warm hospitality created such an intimate dining experience that felt far more personal than dining in a restaurant.
