Villa Splash is a striking five-bedroom luxury residence set within the exclusive Lime Samui estate above Koh Samui’s scenic west coast near Nathon, offering panoramic island views and exceptional sunset scenery across Angthong Marine Park and the surrounding offshore islands.
Spanning three levels, the villa has been thoughtfully designed to combine contemporary style with relaxed tropical living. Expansive glass walls frame the ocean views and open directly onto spacious terraces and poolside relaxation areas, allowing guests to enjoy the surrounding landscape throughout the property.
Accommodation is arranged across five ensuite bedrooms sleeping up to 12 guests, with two guest suites featuring Jacuzzi bathtubs and all bedrooms offering sea views, televisions, wardrobes and personal safes. A dedicated children’s bunk room provides flexible family accommodation.
The outdoor living areas centre around a spectacular 22-metre infinity swimming pool complete with underwater speakers and atmospheric colour lighting. The surrounding terraces provide multiple seating areas together with a covered sala ideal for sunset dining and social evenings.
Inside, guests can enjoy a deluxe cinema room with reclining seating for up to 20 people, a fully equipped Life Fitness gym, a private spa area with massage beds and pedicure chair, and a games room with pool table. A peaceful library and study area overlooking a reflective pond provides additional quiet workspace during longer stays.
Daily buffet breakfast is included together with the services of resident villa staff and multilingual guest manager support. Chef service is available for both lunch and dinner preparation, with ingredients charged at cost plus service.

World class accommodations. The staff services were outstanding! Better than I had expected. The view is mesmerizing, morning, noon and night. I didn’t even want to leave the house for any of the planned activities. This place is a must!

The house was beautiful beyond our expectations. Cool ocean breezes and spectacular sunsets.The staff service was incredible. Anything we asked for was provided. They arranged transportation to everything we wanted to do and see. Definitely a must for vacation in Thailand.

Wow, simply magical. Best service I've experienced anywhere in the world. Stayed at W Samui straight afterwards, and it doesn't even come close to the level of service and luxury we experienced at Lime. Everything from the booking process through to the pick up and entire stay was seamless and they couldn't have been happier to accommodate any requests. Once we got to the villas, wow. Every small little detail has been thought out. The staff genuinely are the most incredible, couldn't do enough for us. The food cooked by the in villa chefs was incredible. Honestly 6* service, cannot fault it at all. No worries regarding noise either as villas are so isolated.

This place is a gem!cA magical oasis to celebrate with friends and family. The villa comes with everything you need (and more: movie theatre, massage, and yoga area) to enjoy your stay in Kho Samui. The welcoming staff was wonderful and made our stay perfect with some great recommendations for our dinner/drinks and sightseeings. The menu is also a wonderful plus, but it is so good that you never want to leave the villa to dine out. The views are magical, in summary a perfect holiday! Highly recommend!

I just spent an unforgettable week at Villa Splash for a friends reunion (OCT 4-10, 2023). This place blew my mind.
The drive up to the villa is a memorable one. Once you arrive you will feel like you are on top of the world resulting in best panoramic views & tropical breezes to keep you comfortable in the heat. The villa is impeccably maintained and as beautiful as the photos.
The pool is huge & water temperature perfect balance of refreshing and welcoming. I loved the shaded area at one end of the pool with an outdoor bed and table/seating. Provided occasional necessary respite from the sun. Everything is tastefully decorated with the colors of the ocean. Once the sun goes down the pool at night lights up hombre fashion from green to blue which is stunning.
And finally, props to the staff. Khun Sank & Khun B are top notch. They lead a tireless team who pampered us every day. The food was incredible and menu options were plentiful. Food and service at the villa was so good we could have easily enjoyed every meal there. They also made sure we were stocked with wine, beer & spirits necessary to get through each day, no small feat!
Certainly one of the highlights was the massage sessions at the villa. Even with short notice, staff arranged for a team of massage therapists to come based on our schedule. The massage room masterfully open to the outdoors so that you can experience the tropical breezes and sounds while you relax. We had massages almost every day.
And as if that is not enough, they have all the local contacts for off-villa activities too, making the calls and arrangements. Khun B was so good he even anticipated our needs before we did. While we were getting in the van to go to our snorkeling outing, as an afterthought we said, “maybe we should bring towels?” Khun B said, “the towels and drinks are packed-ready to go!”
Villa Splash was my first villa vacation experience. While there may be times and places for hotel vacations, I would highly recommend Villa Splash for your Thailand holiday!
Terms & Security Deposit
• Terms & Conditions apply which will be sent to guest for signature
• As a form of security (and for peace of mind) for the villa owner, the Guest Manager will request on arrival a fully refundable $1,000 (cash only) security deposit from the guest.
• Please note that any minor damage / breakages shall be charged at the end of your stay, at replacement value. If required, damages must be paid and will be requested by the General Manager and paid in full before departure.
Payment
* Payments are to be made via Credit or Debit card, Pay Pal account or a bank SWIFT transfer to our nominated bank account.
* Deposit: To guarantee this booking, you will be required to pay a 30% deposit.
* Final Payment: The balance of total rental amount is due a minimum of 4 weeks before the check-in date.
* Check in time is 3:00pm; Check out time is 11:00am
* Minimum stay of 3 nights (6 nights over Xmas Season)
Other
* Smoking within the villa is not permitted but ashtrays are provided around the villa.
* Only those persons stated prior to arrival have permission to stay at the villa.
Cancellations
1.1. If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, ‘The Villa’ must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing:
1.1.1. More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited.
1.1.2. Less than 30 days before arrival date: all rental payments (100%) are forfeited.
1.2. In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, all payments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
1.3. If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
1.4. Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of ‘The Villa’.
Cancellation during the period of the holiday.
The prepaid rental balance will be returned only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the Management Company.
Insurance:
The owners are not responsible to you and your party for any and all claims including any accidents related to the use of the property facilities or locally procured third party services such as water craft, water sports, jeep or motor bike rental, etc.
We remain at your entire disposal shall you need any further assistance or information, and look forward to having the chance to welcoming you in Samui.
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
