Lime Samui 10 offers a flexible estate-style accommodation option combining two of the three luxury villas within the exclusive Lime Samui estate above Koh Samui’s scenic west coast near Nathon.
Subject to availability at the time of booking, guests are accommodated across two villas selected from Villa Spice, Villa Splash and Villa Zest. Each villa enjoys elevated west-coast views across the Gulf of Thailand towards Ang Thong Marine Park and the surrounding offshore islands, together with generous indoor and outdoor living areas designed for relaxed tropical stays.
Each residence includes its own private infinity swimming pool, spacious terraces and open-plan living areas, allowing groups to enjoy time together while still maintaining privacy between families or travelling companions. The combined layout works particularly well for celebrations, extended family holidays or small retreat-style gatherings.
Guests benefit from professional villa staff support across both residences together with daily breakfast and private chef service. Additional lifestyle features such as gyms, cinema rooms, spa facilities or children’s play areas are available depending on the specific villa combination allocated within the estate.

The villa is simply gorgeous, well appointed with amazing views. Our every need was attended to with an unusual level of attentiveness and willingness to go the extra mile. The manager was ever present yet unobtrusive ready with helpful recommendations about places to visit and things to do. The chef deserves particular mention - we ate more delicious food at the villa than any other restaurant we visited on the island. We would certainly choose this villa again on our next visit.

The villa concierge team is friendly and helpful, we appreciated their help to plan our itinerary for our company's guests stay at the villa. They had a good time and enjoyed their stay.
STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, the villa management must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written is received confirmation
The following cancellation charges are applicable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing and the period of stay.
The below cancellation charges also apply if the Villa Management cancels the booking due to non-payment of the balance If the dates of the booking require to be amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the villa management Early departure penalty will be subject to negotiation with our Manager on Koh Samui.
Low, High and Peak Seasons: 30 days or more before arrival date: All Payments are forfeited but credited for 9 months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by the villa management The credit can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa initially reserved subject to availability of the villa.
Within 30 days of arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited. A full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation fully or partially covering the initial booking.
Christmas and New year Period: For any cancellation after the deposit and/or balance payment All payments are forfeited and a full or partial refund is solely applicable if the villa management secures a reservation partially or fully covering the initial booking
Nathon is considered the capital of Koh Samui situated on the west coast and hosts the main ferryport, local govenment offices and the state hospital. This busy working town probably has the best tourist shopping on the island compared with the main tourist areas such as Chaweng and Bophut and there are a number of coffee shops and small eateries to hang out in whilst observing the locals going about their daily business. There is even an Irish Pub.
At night there is a street food market set up on the promenade near the ferrry
