San Suk Villa sits in an exclusive hillside enclave, where the view takes in the open sea, neighbouring islands and lush tropical hills from almost every room. The design is clean and contemporary with a tropical warmth, all soaring timber ceilings and glass walls that slide open to blur the line between the living spaces and the terraces outside. It is a villa built for the view, and the layout makes sure you never lose sight of it.
Days here revolve around the private infinity edge pool and the broad sun deck beside it, with plush loungers and a woven daybed for lazy afternoons in the sun. Two shaded salas furnished with hand carved wooden pieces give you somewhere cool to retreat to, whether for a yoga session at sunrise, a nap with a book after lunch, or sundowners and al fresco dining as the light fades over the bay and the fishing boats head out for the night.
The villa spreads across 425 sqm with 4 air conditioned bedrooms for up to 8 guests, an open plan living and dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. It comes fully staffed, with daily housekeeping, a private chef serving a complimentary continental breakfast and available for lunch and dinner at ingredient cost, and a Guest Manager who speaks English, French and Chinese to help with anything from restaurant bookings and car rental to boat charters and spa treatments at the villa. Return airport transfers, a welcome pack with the owner's local recommendations and 24 hour security are included in the rate. For couples or a single family, San Suk can be booked as a 2 bedroom villa with the whole property to yourselves.
Choeng Mon's calm, sandy bays are minutes away, with beachfront restaurants, bars and water sports, and it is one of the best spots on the island for families with young children. Fisherman's Village is a 10 minute drive for its Friday night market, boutiques and dining along the old Chinese shophouse street, while the livelier beach scene at Chaweng and the airport are both a short drive away.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION
If it becomes necessary to cancel all or any part of the booking, ‘The Villa’ must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received. The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of the cancellation is received in writing, as well as the period of stay in the villa:
All payments received are forfeited; however, the value of the payments received up to the cancellation date will be credited for a maximum period of nine (9) months from the date of the cancellation confirmation by ‘The Villa’. This credit value may be used by the client or anyone on their behalf, for any reservation providing the equivalent season or lower is applied, during any period upon availability and, exclusively for the same villa reserved initially. The credit cannot be applied to a higher rate season than originally booked.
Standard and Prime Seasons: less than 30 days prior to arrival date:
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
Xmas Season (Christmas and New Year period):
All rental payments are forfeited. Any 9 month credit stated in 1. is only applicable should ‘The Villa’ secure another reservation that covers the initial cancelled reservation.
The above stated cancellation charges will also apply if ‘The Villa’ is forced to cancel the booking due to non-payment of the balance.
If the dates of the booking require changing or amending, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to an evaluation and approval by ‘The Villa’.
Any penalty charge for early departure will be subject to negotiation with ‘The Villa
The white soft sands on the west facing unspoiled palm fringed Plai Laem beach stretches for 2 km however the sea is quite shallow and swimming is restricted to just paddling in most places. The popular beach of Choeng Mon with more activity is just a few minutes drive away.
The view from Plai Laem beach is stunning and is one of the best places to see Koh Samui’s amazing sunsets as the sun disappears beyond the sloping hills and north coastline. An ideal place to relax, read a book and enjoy the scenery.
