Villa Cholchalee is located between Chaweng Beach and Choeng Mon village in the most sought after area of Koh Samui. Chaweng Beach with its shops and nightlife is just five minutes away, while the smaller, quieter and thoroughly charming village of Choeng Mon is a mere two minutes from the villa
Step inside and you are welcomed into a spacious open-plan living area where floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors frame endless ocean vistas. Just outside, a generously sized infinity pool stretches toward the horizon, the perfect spot to cool off while taking in the panoramic sea views that define this remarkable property.
The main level master bedroom is an expansive sanctuary with stunning views and a luxurious en suite bathroom with walk-in shower and soaking bathtub. On the lower level, past a striking natural rock face integrated into the villa's design, three further spacious bedrooms each offer their own en suite bathroom and beautiful sea views, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout.
Beyond the accommodation, Villa Cholchalee offers an exceptional range of facilities including a private massage room, a cinema room seating up to 8 guests, a fully equipped gym and a games room. Live-in staff provide daily breakfast, housekeeping, and additional meals on request, ensuring a truly effortless stay.
Please note that Villa Cholchalee's spectacular hilltop setting is what gives it such extraordinary views. Access involves a relatively steep road and whilst the villa is accessible by taxi, we recommend an SUV or 4x4 vehicle for a more comfortable arrival. Complimentary round trip airport transfers are included with your stay, and our team is happy to arrange a dedicated driver or transfer vehicle on your behalf at additional cost should you require one during your visit.

CANCELLATIONS TO RESERVATION (Other booking terms and conditions on request)
If it becomes necessary to cancel all r part of a booking,the “villa” must be notified in writing (email acceptable). The cancellation will take effect from the day the written confirmation is received.
The following cancellation charges will be payable depending on when the notification of cancellation is received in writing.
More than 30 days before arrival: The deposit will be forfeited and all other payments will not be refunded, but kept as a credit for 1 year from the date of cancellation as confirmed by the ”villa”. The credit amount can be used by the client or anyone on their behalf for any reservation during any period and solely for the villa reserved.
Less than 30 days before arrival date: All rental payments are forfeited.
In case the deposit was paid and the balance will not be paid, allpayments are forfeited with immediate effect and no notification will be issued.
If the dates of the booking need to be changed or amended, this may be treated as a cancellation of the original booking and cancellation charges may apply.
Any change to the original reservation is subject to the approval of the “villa”
