Villa Bacaya is a gem of a villa right with it's own beach front swimming pool located in the popular area of north east Koh Samui. Set on beautiful Bangrak beach and furnished in contemporary style the villa offers amazing views of the golden Big Buddha and Koh Phangan and within walking distance to numerous restaurants and sports bars.
The villa is entered into a light and airy living room and a total of 6 sets of French windows both lengths of the room offer stunning views straight across the water to the neighbouring island of Koh Phangan. The living area is furnished simply but elegantly in soft warm colours and consists of a lounge section with comfortable sofas and armchairs and a dining area with a table seating 6 persons. At one end is the fully equipped kitchen separated from the rest of the living area by a smart breakfast bar.
Two of the bedrooms are situated on poolside on the right hand side of the villa alongside a lawn area. The master bedroom is positioned closest to the beach and has prime ocean views with and en-suite bathroom leading from a walk-in shower to an outdoor sunken bath that is completely enclosed and private. It also enjoys its own mini lounge area with TV.
The second bedroom is also en-suite and has its own private terrace with small garden. In addition, there is a guest toilet off the main living area.
The newly added double bedroom 3 also has it's own en-suite bathroom and is situated on an upper level behind the other two bedrooms.
In the centre of the lawn there is a cool sala furnished with a dining set for al fresco dining.
The beach-front swimming pool is a few steps down from the bedrooms and garden area and the surrounding terrace is furnished with cushioned sun loungers and parasols facing the sea and a private gate leads directly onto the beach.
This is a delightful beachfront villa with gorgeous tranquil views and just the right size for a family or couples. Not far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in seclusion, this is a hidden treasure that sparkles with Samui magic

We stayed at Villa Bacaya for three nights just after Christmas 2025, and it was absolutely wonderful. The private beach with direct access from the house was the highlight for us. Waking up to the sound of the waves each morning felt incredibly peaceful and special. The villa truly offers that rare combination of privacy and comfort. Our younger child loved spending time in the pool and on the beach, and our daughter and her friend had an amazing stay as well. The location is very convenient—close to everything—and getting around the island was easy using Grab. K. Cherry and K. Tom were exceptional hosts. K. Tom was always responsive and kind. One evening we accidentally left our AirPods outside and went out for dinner, and he thoughtfully came back to put them away safely before the rain. That level of care really meant a lot to us. We would absolutely love to come back again. Thank you for such a beautiful place and for the wonderful hospitality!

Villa Bacaya is a very cozy and inviting villa where you immediately feel at home. The location is excellent, quiet, yet perfectly situated to reach everything quickly. Tom, our host, was extremely helpful and friendly and immediately supported us with all our requests. Thanks to him, our stay was absolutely relaxed and pleasant. We highly recommend Villa Bacaya and would come back anytime!"

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this villa. The saltwater pool was great. Excellent view and nice beach for walking. Bedrooms were spacious and offered good privacy. The villa staff were very helpful with check in/out and addressing any questions we had. Daily housekeeping was thorough. We would definitely stay here again. Good proximity to airport while not being too close (noise) and also several shops (coffee, Eleven, restaurants) within walking distance. Only minor improvement opportunities to note are that the upstairs bedroom mattress was extremely firm and uncomfortable. Felt like a box spring while the other 2 bedrooms had very comfortable mattresses. I also suggest to invest in a proper coffee machine as the one they had was old/stained and the other machine we could not find the capsules at any shops near by. This is not a dealbreaker as there is a nice coffee shop/bakery across the road. We would stay here again and recommend this for families.

Wow, one of the best villa i have ever stayed in my life. Right at the beach - the villa it was spotless clean - Pool was amazing Not enough words to describe how beautiful our stay was. The best thing was the sara's staff - Tom, Cherry, kong : they were simply amazing. Tom took care of our transportation from and to airport-Thanks to him we didn't need to worry about it. Cherry she was simply amazing caretaker - whatever we asked she has done it. Kong, great person always smiling at night he is there as security so, you don't need to worry about anything and just enjoy your stay. Thanks guys we would love to come back.

Our stay at the villa was absolutely wonderful. The villa is clean, spacious, and luxuriously furnished. The biggest highlight is the direct access to the beach as well as the beautiful pool, which we really enjoyed. The staff was very kind and helpful, always willing to assist. The area offers plenty of options – a pleasant walk along the beach takes you to excellent restaurants, and just across the street there is a lovely breakfast spot and another great restaurant. Overall, our stay was extremely enjoyable, we have nothing to complain about, and we highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and high-quality vacation."

We loved everything about the property, location and luxurious comfort it offers. The host of the property was very well informative about the island and also gave good recommendations for places to hangout. We travelled with a range of age in our group from 4-70+, everyone enjoyed their stay!
